I have recently undergone some lengthy treatment to have a front tooth removed and a bridge installed. Being scared of visiting the dentist I can honestly say that my whole experience has been excellent. From start to finish Dr Xin has made me feel completely at ease and the treatment has been first class. Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger one’s moods and feelings, they didn’t give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

I have just finished having my teeth straightened by Ian Brignall using Invisalign. I cannot recommend him more highly. Ian has done an amazing job, I am so pleased with my results. The whole practice is lovely, a team of helpful and friendly receptionists, amazing kids play room which was a real help when I had to bring my 1 yr old and 4 yr old to some appointments. We will all be continuing to see Ian Brignall for our regular check ups. My children are already excited for their next visit!

I’m an extremely nervous patient at a dentist and after moving to the area was dreading my first visit for a filling. I should not have worried. All the staff are wonderful and are extremely caring. No pain was felt at any time and almost looking forward to my return visit!

I just wanted to say a big Thankyou to Laurel Dental Practice and especially a big thankyou to Andy and Michelle for being so kind, calming and gentle throughout my consultations and treatments. As a nervous patient I was put at ease straight away by the warm greeting from Michelle and then chatting with Andy about my concerns, his calming and extremely friendly approach was just what I needed. I'm so pleased I have found a lovely new dentist and all nerves now diminished. Customer Care was exceptional.

Have been very uncomfortable at dentists all my life with several bad experiences. Had a snapped tooth that quickly got infected. Called Laurel House, got an appointment the next day and within an hour of entering the practice I’m leaving with a lovely capped tooth and no pain. Dental wizards. In regards to pricing as far as private dentists go they are so reasonably priced. You really get first class service without paying extortionate prices. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I am that impressed I felt compelled to do so. If you don’t like dentists or have had bad previous experiences give these guys a call. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

An excellent practice with a gentle, caring approach coupled with considerable expertise. All staff members are courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I was recently transferred to the Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre, due to my regular dentist being on sick leave. The Southbank Centre could learn some valuable lessons from Laurel practice, particularly those associated with respect, communication and empathy. Thank goodness I am now back under the care of Laurel.

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I've been coming to this practice since 2008. Harpreet is a brilliant dentist, whom I completely trust. When I first came here I had a fear of the dentist, but not anymore. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and completely professional, including the receptionists Sarah-Anne and Lauren. Any fears I had were treated with sympathy and complete understanding. I now look forward to coming back for my regular check-ups with Harpreet and Nidhi the hygienist. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Thank you Gabriels Hill Dental Surgery! You are truly amazing!

Having not visited a dentist in 5+ years due to fear of the dentist, one of my colleagues recommended Ashford Dental Care to me, after having a consultation I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Patel, he was very reassuring and informative. I then booked in to have some work done for a week or so later and again the experience was smooth and no where near as uncomfortable as I have previously been at a dentist. Everyone that I have dealt with at the clinic was super friendly and helpful. I fully recommend to any nervous patients!

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)
