From the moment I contacted this fantastic dental surgery with an emergency appointment for my wife who was in considerable pain the service was excellent from start to finish with a highly professional team the dentist who successfully dealt with my wife a Gentleman by the name of Richard and his supporting team were absolutely superb I cannot rate this surgery and their excellent service highly enough we will now be registering as a family with them to deal with all our dental requirements thank you again Mr Glenn Pugh

I had an extraction done here with a back tooth which was pretty tricky to remove but my dentist talked me all through the procedure & I had no pain at all. It took some time and dentist was very patient & kind all the way through. Was successful in the end & has healed nicely. Just like to add his assistant was very friendly & kind too. Good experience with this dentist seeing as I don’t really like visiting dentists

I am on a monthly support plan and the team are amazing, my teeth are so much healthier and it's great having regular faces. My daughter aged five goes there now and they spend so much time with her which is really building her confidence to go to the dentist in general. Highly recommended

I have always had a fear of dentists but after having my teeth done twice at Westgate Dental Studios I could not be happier. All the staff and receptionists are very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Aatif was the dentist who did a very difficult filling on my first visit and second visit was to rebuild 3 broken front teeth. He and Racheal his nurse were excellent and were very professional in their treatment of me . I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Being a very nervous patient I wasn’t looking forward to this visit BUT I was assured by Sophie that she had placed me with the best dentist in the practice. I met Richard and he was so reassuring and really eased my nerves. A day later and I have no pain with the extraction site and all seems well. The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

My crown came off and I rang immediately. Was given an appointment for the following day. Was given excellent service, reception and dentist. Feel so lucky to be an NHS patient at this dentist for at least 30 years! Thank you 😀

Being nervous and anxious whenever I enter this place I did a bit of checking out on the website before hand. I am not the best of patients but found that Dany would make me feel at ease and comfortable. I left with a treatment plan and a lot calmer as to when I arrived, staff pleasant and understanding of my phobia but still a wonderful practice. Thank you Dany for your patience and calming me whilst in your care.

All staff have been amazing. I struggle with anxiety and other things but everyone has been so welcoming/ supportive. I've been seeing Andrew and hes just an absolute god send. Never met someone so passionate about their job and compassionate for others! Very grateful to have been recommended this clinic and would recommend it to anyone myself 🙏

They fitted me in although I wasn’t a patient. Arrived for my appointment and the reception staff were so friendly. The dentist I saw was very nice and the dental nurse was very friendly. All in all a good experience. Thanks again for helping out at short notice.

Truly an excellent service, with friendly and professional staff. I had a crown fall out and they were able to see me on the same day, resolve the issue and provide options going forward and a treatment plan. I shall definitely use this practice again.

From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

This was my first visit to Alpha House. I’m a very anxious patient, but Mr Hussain and Katie were very kind, and patient. The practice itself is very attractive, and welcoming, as are the reception team, and the treatment room looks out onto a garden. I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever felt at the dentist. I had an extraction, and it was completed before I even knew it had started! Hopefully I won’t be as nervous on my next visit. Thank you so much.

The professionalism of the staff and the treatment and advice received at the Practice here is outstanding. I have seen both Mubariz and Michael and have been really happy with the outcome. Their communication skills are excellent. They explain and discuss things and, as a patient, I felt I had time to ask any questions without feeling rushed. The practice itself is a very pleasant, calm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing!!! I have always had fluorosis of my front teeth, I had an appointment with Dee for the Icon white spot treatment and I honestly cannot believe how white my front teeth now are and no signs of fluorosis at all!!! I also have Gita as my regular dentist, she has been beyond incredible and patient with my children who are both dental phobic. She spends time talking with them and explaining what she is going to do in order to make them feel comfortable. Would highly recommended this treatment and also Birchington Dental Care. Friendly, compassionate and reassuring staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Thank you all so much!

I saw Devina a couple of weeks ago with an infected wisdom tooth, she gave me antibiotics and I was booked in to have the tooth removed today. To say I was terrified is an understatement and Patricia immediately put me at ease. I cannot fault this lovely dental practice. They are all so kind and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

I fractured a front tooth veneer and was feeling pretty freaked out about it especially as I hate going to the dentist usually and I was worried I'd be without a veneer for weeks . The practice saw me immediately and I have literally had the best dental treatment I have ever had. Gita the dentist was so calming and professional and made me feel so relaxed despite everything.. She sorted me out with a fantastic temporary veneer which was a relief. I'm so glad that I have found Gita and this practice. All my other dental treatment has been really poor in comparison to the professionalism of this place So many thanks 😀

Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!

I hate hate hate the dentist. I didn’t go for years then I found a dentist that put you out. I went to him for 36 years . I moved to Birchington 2 years ago . It took me three attempts to keep my appointment. I have been three times and I can’t believe it. I am no longer afraid. The minute you step into the reception it’s calm and friendly. I go to the lovely Dee who has really put me at my ease I actually come out smiling. Only wish I had found a dentist like this years ago my teeth would be in a much better state. Can’t praise this dentist enough. 😀

As always seen within 24 hours if there's a problem. Unable to see Dee today but was seen by Devina and the dental nurse (Nicola) who put me completely at ease Devina talked me through what was the best treatment. I was nervous about not seeing Dee but will be happy to see Devina in the future. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and Michelle always greets you with a smile. Thank you Egan dental care 🤗

I recently had to attend the dentist as an emergency, the receptionists are so friendly and do whatever they can to help I normally see De but she wasn’t in. I saw a lovely lady I think her name was Geta she was absolutely fantastic, understanding, caring I felt at ease straight way. I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and stopped going I ended up with bad tooth ache and found Egans they really are wonderful people. Thank you so much.
