I've been a patient at the Kent SMILE branch in Chatham, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The practice is spotless and modern, and the staff are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. My dentist, Milda, is exceptionally professional and talented. I recently had composite bonding done on my front teeth, and the results are outstanding. My teeth look fantastic!

Went to these lovely people today had my wisdom tooth taken out. Not going to lie I was petrified, these guys completely understood didn’t rush me at all they are amazing people very welcoming. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kent Smile to anyone

Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I have always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Fahd was truly exceptional. The treatment was completely pain-free, and Dr. Fahd's comforting manner made all the difference. He took his time to explain every detail of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

My Invisalign journey with Smïl started 14 months ago, when I first had the 3D scan, which for someone with chronically crooked teeth the process sells itself! Although my journey was long, I cannot even begin to describe the end results and how pleased I am. I’ve had my teeth whitened and my front top 4 composite bonded and now I have the smile I’ve wanted for many years. I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. There were couple other happy patients walking out, which speaks volume. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional treatment! It’s worth it. Thank you Dr Neil and Smil team.

I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Great service. My daughter had her 1st appointment for her braces. They were welcoming my daughter and had her examination. And there was a cancellation for the braces, so they offered it to us. Within the hour, my daughter had her braces fitted on the same day.

Both myself and son have had treatment here and I have to say the service is second to none. From the receptionists to the nurses and dentists , everyone is welcoming and nothing is too much trouble .
