I couldn't be happier with my teeth! I have had lots of dental treatment over years and the results from Smil are by far the best. I feel my teeth are looking great and natural again. Neil and the team are very warm and welcoming which make a normal dreaded visit to the dentist calm and relaxing.

I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. There were couple other happy patients walking out, which speaks volume. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional treatment! It’s worth it. Thank you Dr Neil and Smil team.

I have wanted composite bonding for quite some time and after much thought, I finally decided to go ahead with it. I reached out to Smil due to their excellent reviews, and I can confidently say I have no regrets! I’m absolutely delighted with my new teeth. I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

My Invisalign journey with Smïl started 14 months ago, when I first had the 3D scan, which for someone with chronically crooked teeth the process sells itself! Although my journey was long, I cannot even begin to describe the end results and how pleased I am. I’ve had my teeth whitened and my front top 4 composite bonded and now I have the smile I’ve wanted for many years. Excellent service. All the staff are super friendly. I had my wisdom tooth removed last month and I was apprehensive, the dentist made me feel at ease and advised me where necessary. Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kent Smile to anyone

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.
