After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

I have been terrified of dentists for many years. Circumstances meant I needed dental treatment. I found an advert for this dental practice and have visited 6 times in the last month. All of the staff are friendly helpful and put me at ease during all of the treatment I required. Special thanks to Hazel the dentist and nurses Hannah, Ellie and Maddie who all were professional and helped put me at ease at all stages of my treatment. Exceptional Dentistry, with a lovely team to match. I came to Meopham Dental as their online reviews were terrific, and I've just moved to the area. As soon as you walk into the practice, any nerves you may have had vanish as the team greets you and walks through everything. I've had two fillings and a hygienist clean so far, and both have been done within 30 minutes and without any pain! I can't stress how helpful that is for my busy schedule 🙏 If you live near the practice, it's an easy recommendation from me 👍

All of the staff are friendly and kind. It is clear that this is a well-run practice. Dr. Alex Farrow-Hamblen is a wonderful dentist, and I highly recommend him. I was a little apprehensive about my appointment (as I had not seen a dentist for a while) but Alex put me at ease straightaway and was really positive about my oral health. He thoroughly explained what the X-rays showed and he empowered me to make my own decisions about treatment. When it came to treatment, I felt like I was in good hands. Alex has a very calm demeanor and talks to you throughout. He made sure my questions were answered, took the time to explain each step of the process, and was incredibly patient and gentle throughout the treatment. He checked that I was comfortable and supported me through a random dizzy spell. Great practice and I will no doubt return.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

From signing up and booking appointments was very easy with friendly staff, initial check up was thorough and informative also honest. I had not been to a dentist for around 10 years and had just chipped a tooth so I had expected a few fillings and some sort of repair but he was straight up about what was actually needed and I have just returned from one filling with a scale and polish and a 'see you next year'. Very happy with the service and the actual procedure was virtually pain free, especially compared to my last two at another practice. Definitely reccomend.

I have only recently started going to this dentistry and it is absolutely by far the best place to go. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.
