Visited Ivy House dental practice Ramsgate this morning. Incredible practice. But want to thank front staff for their thoughtfulness with regards to losing my precious Blonde Boy cat. Helped alot. Yusef is a brilliant dentist.

Even though I now live in Surrey I still make the journey to this practice for all my dental treatment. Mr Ali has been responsible for saving many of my teeth with his dedication, and I recommend Ivy House surgery to anyone and everyone. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding dental practice, I was assaulted and lost and chipped 3 front teeth was very worried I couldn't get my teeth back to how they was before but with the wonderful work from Yusef the dentist and his assistant they worked there magic on my teeth and gave me back a confident smile again. No pain at all when having the procedure, I even fell asleep I was so relaxed 😂 Reception staff are so lovely, calming and very friendly. Brilliant conversations with them both, it was like we had been friends for years. I want to thank every single one of you for the help and support you have given me over the last couple of weeks, I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could. Thankyou for making me feel like me again and you are all amazing at what you do! Xx

First visit was for broken dentures, my mum was distraught. We were so impressed with the professionalism and understanding that Mike Pond showed, mum decided to get completely new dentures, and I can honestly say, mum has had about 4/5 different dentures and the new ones from Broadstairs dental clinic are second to none, as is the serving ce received by all we have come not contact with. Everyone has been so keen nd, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend without a doubt. Thank you all, thank you Mike Pond.

5 Gold Stars for Daniel Van Wyk. My experience in getting new dentures has been a pleasant experience; for the first time in my denture-wearing life. And I am delighted. Highly professional but warm and friendly with it. His attention to detail and to my comfort and his perfectionism in the construction of the dentures was exceptional. They have been super comfortable from Day 1, and aesthetically very pleasing. I'm giving the highest recommendation possible. Thank you Daniel Wan Vyk and The Denture Clinic. It has been a great experience. (And your F.O.H staff too are warm and helpful)

I visited Jason at Dirksen Dental with pain thinking I may have needed a filling which was bad enough as I am very nervous, it transpired I needed it removed, the tooth did not want to cooperate and proved very difficult to remove I was treated with care and consideration and felt no pain.

Both Jason and Jo (his assistant) were very attentive, making me feel very relaxed at Dirksen Clinic. Even Jane at reception was very welcoming... not to mention they did an amazing job I'm my teeth! I couldn't recommend them enough.

From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

This was my first visit to Alpha House. I’m a very anxious patient, but Mr Hussain and Katie were very kind, and patient. The practice itself is very attractive, and welcoming, as are the reception team, and the treatment room looks out onto a garden. I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever felt at the dentist. I had an extraction, and it was completed before I even knew it had started! Hopefully I won’t be as nervous on my next visit. Thank you so much.

The professionalism of the staff and the treatment and advice received at the Practice here is outstanding. I have seen both Mubariz and Michael and have been really happy with the outcome. Their communication skills are excellent. They explain and discuss things and, as a patient, I felt I had time to ask any questions without feeling rushed. The practice itself is a very pleasant, calm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it.

They fitted me in although I wasn’t a patient. Arrived for my appointment and the reception staff were so friendly. The dentist I saw was very nice and the dental nurse was very friendly. All in all a good experience. Thanks again for helping out at short notice.

Has a consultation booked in at Southbank Clinic. The whole process was very well handled from making the appointment to the actual consultation. On the day I arrived at the clinic and asked to wait by the receptionist ( very friendly). The consultation was carried out by Roshith and after a quick examination I had a x ray and CT scan done . Then was sat down and explained, in great detail what treatment they thought I would need and a plan made up of what would happen. The whole process was very good and the staff were all very helpful and supportive. Can definitely recommend the team and the clinic.

My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. All the girls are so lovely and professional and take time for you at all times. The minute you enter the surgery, there is an ora of relaxing energy that you feel, which makes you so calm. I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.

I have had a implant done ... I never felt anything ... Not even the injection to numb my gums ... It was a deep implant so some surgery was required .... Brilliant treatment cannot recommend highly enough ... The staff are so welcoming and helpful delighted with the service

Made am appointmentnfor private tooth removal instead of waiting for NHS at my usual dentist in Canterbury or a private £500 appointment in several weeks. Turned up at My Dentist Ramsgate for a "consultation " an d for £340 less has a consultation, Ray and removal all on the same day / appointment. Really impressed with the service and costs thank you. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Procedures and exam all clearly explained. Really positive experience.

The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

All staff have been amazing. I struggle with anxiety and other things but everyone has been so welcoming/ supportive. I've been seeing Andrew and hes just an absolute god send. Never met someone so passionate about their job and compassionate for others! Very grateful to have been recommended this clinic and would recommend it to anyone myself 🙏

Being nervous and anxious whenever I enter this place I did a bit of checking out on the website before hand. I am not the best of patients but found that Dany would make me feel at ease and comfortable. I left with a treatment plan and a lot calmer as to when I arrived, staff pleasant and understanding of my phobia but still a wonderful practice. Thank you Dany for your patience and calming me whilst in your care.
