Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.

Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

This is the 2nd time Gary has come to the rescue. The 1st time was several years ago to replace a garage lock, and today to replace a front door lock. Both times Gary has been prompt, very professional and done a very good job at a reasonable price. There was good communication about the job, the price and time of arrival. Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Well it’s been a roller coaster ride with my Range Rover Key as far as programming and coding it as I lost one set. However Tim has been superb & he isn’t one for giving up that's for sure. Many thanks for your perseverance in sorting this sorry it was a tricky one but you smashed it in the end.

Tim came to our rescue within minutes. We needed to get our spare key fob working on our recent car purchase. He was so calm and helpful. He made sure the key worked correctly, explained to us the strange alarm noises, which was due to a door that was not shut properly. Fantastic service, thoroughly recommend. brilliant value.
