I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't need to use his services again, but wouldn't hesitate in recommending the business to anyone!

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .

Needed a locksmith to change multiple locks and found AW Locks, so glad we did, Andy was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

I highly recommend. Great communication, on time, clean and tidy. Lovely chap and really knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Tim came to our rescue within minutes. We needed to get our spare key fob working on our recent car purchase. He was so calm and helpful. Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.

I came to this shop with an unconventional issue involving my car keys, the cutting technician gave great advice which cost me nothing to resolve the problem short term while ordering parts with no garentee I'd even be back, as soon as the part where in called me straight back and fixed the larger problem saving me at least £150 quoted by other lock smiths and offered me further service again a fraction of the price from other providers, already recommended him to my colleges with similar problems and will absolutely be back, massive thank you to Ben!

Went to Timpsons in Sainsbury's at Westwood Cross yesterday morning. I wanted to print 2 photos of my grandchildren from my phone, but I'm in my 70s and not very tech savvy. I need not have worried. The charming assistant went through the whole process with me. There was a problem finding the photos I wanted, but he knew a different way of getting them which I could never have done. I didn't feel rushed at all. He gave me all the time I needed and was so kind and polite. I came away with the 2 beautiful photos I wanted, and a spare set for just £2.60. I wish I'd asked his name.
