Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice person and offered a very fair price. Fantastic service!

Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service.
