Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

Wow! I had read the amazing reviews and thought them too good to be true, but Jani was amazing. I just called on the day and he said he would be out a bit later, he turned up early and fixed a problem I had on a front door lock. He never tried to sell me replacement mechanisms etc, but simply adjusted a particular part of the existing lock and oiled the mechanism. All done in under 30 minutes and at a very good price. All on a very old door. Very polite friendly man . Would absolutely recommend Jani to anyone.

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.

Can't fault Brian and Taurus Locks. Very clear on potential cost of job before arriving, carried out work unlocking a jammed door very efficiently. Even helped with another lock replacement and for a very fair price. If only all tradesman were as trust worthy. Highly reccomend.
