Excellent service from Pete. Found locks n tools the night before and enquired on WhatsApp, by the morning they had replied and could offer same day service for lock replacement. Not an hour later they messaged advising they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Pete was punctual, polite and so friendly and helpful. Changed our locks and offered additional advice and other company recommendations for different works we are planning. Really happy with the cost and service. Highly recommend.

If you need a auto locksmith Mat is your guy. I rang him at 9 am (on a Saturday I might add) he was with me in an hour kept me updated with his eta. He was polite, down to earth and gained me entry to my car very quickly. He also advised me of my options and kept cost at a minimum. Five+++++

Lifesavers! 5 Star Auto Locksmith Service! Let me start by saying I never thought I'd be writing a glowing review about an auto locksmith, but here I am! My daughter losing her keys and getting locked out of her car is the worst, but Matt came to the rescue and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. From the first phone call, he was friendly, professional, and upfront about pricing. Matt arrived within the timeframe promised and was an absolute star! I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

Wow! I had read the amazing reviews and thought them too good to be true, but Jani was amazing. I just called on the day and he said he would be out a bit later, he turned up early and fixed a problem I had on a front door lock. He never tried to sell me replacement mechanisms etc, but simply adjusted a particular part of the existing lock and oiled the mechanism. All done in under 30 minutes and at a very good price. All on a very old door. Very polite friendly man . Would absolutely recommend Jani to anyone.

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice person and offered a very fair price. Fantastic service!
