Excellent service from Pete. Found locks n tools the night before and enquired on WhatsApp, by the morning they had replied and could offer same day service for lock replacement. Not an hour later they messaged advising they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Pete was punctual, polite and so friendly and helpful. Changed our locks and offered additional advice and other company recommendations for different works we are planning. Really happy with the cost and service. Highly recommend.
