Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap. Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal! He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. We’ve just moved into a new home and wanted our front door locks replace so we wanted a local locksmith and we found A Short locksmith who was brilliant from the start sent a email saying what we wanted and got a reply straight away. Extremely friendly and helpful chap on the phone who was able to book me in for the same week to attend to a door that wouldn’t lock. Mikey, the chap that did the call out was equally friendly, and was courteous and efficient in his work. He pulled the lock apart and found a wayward screw jammed in the mechanism, fixed it, and put everything back together in the time it took me to fold a load of laundry. He also did a tune up of the other door we had which was working fine, but is now even better. I would not hesitate to use him again, though I hope I will not need to!

Absolutely no issues with this service, person who came was lovely and replaced locks either like-for-like or changed them slightly on request (wanted front door to be lockable from the inside without a key, so now we can turn something instead of having to go and find our keys to answer the door!) also gave lots of spares.

My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. He attended within a couple of hours and replaced the hinges. He also went around and checked the rest of the windows and oiled up the hinges. Excellent service. Thank you Scott.

I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.
