Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

Absolute life saver! Called at 6:50pm and had a lovely guy out to me by 7:20 we was into my car within minutes. My son has medical needs so having a car is a necessity to transfer him in time to get help. So having someone who picked the phone up and came straight to me was amazing. I messaged Nic last night as my key had snapped off the key fob. Nic responded straight away and was very helpful. He came out to me this morning and fixed my keys for me (as my spare was broken too ) he communicated well and was also very reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. I would again and again chose his service and we so much appreciate.

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Now we have the facts, we can move forward with a stronger case to Trading Standards If ever we need a locksmith in future, I will be using Porters Locksmiths. Thank you so much

We had incredible service from John on a Sunday with a key jammed in our lock. He arrived within 10mins of speaking to him, was able to very quickly solve it and didn’t charge us despite us offering and the inconvenience for him of coming to our house. He offered advice to help avoid the problem in the future too. A real class act and you’re in very good hands with John. I’d recommend him to anyone.
