Locks ‘N’ Tools rescued us today when our front door lock wouldn’t work. Pete was brilliant and had the house secure again within two hours of us ringing. Excellent professional service: we couldn’t have asked for more!

Called Tony about some duplicate front door keys, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came round and cut four duplicate keys that all worked first time. Very reasonably priced, I would have no hesitation in recommending his services far better than the hit and miss service you get from some other places.

This guy was an absolute superstar and he went over and above to help me out. He explained what the problem was and gave me various bits of advice on the best way to deal with the issue. I needed a new ignition barrel basically. I followed his advice and he came straight back round and sorted it out. I was not looking forward to the bill but it came in a lot cheaper than the other companies I had been given quotes from.

Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.
