We originally had some building work carried out on our property a while back. Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. The heating has been off and we can tweet it to come on so the house is warm when we go home. THANKYOU Tony for another great job. Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, he is coming back in the new year to fit new radiators for us. Definitely recommend.

We are so glad to have found such a fantastic plumber. Brad recently replaced our bath and shower cubicle and we are extremely pleased with his work. He is very reasonably priced and is a top class tradesman. He was punctual every day, worked very hard, was extremely respectul and a very easy guy to get along with. We knew we had a problem with drainage before Brad started the job but he had a contact and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss or stress to us.
