Thank you Gary for sorting out our heating. We have just moved into a new property and have never had gas heating before (our previous property was all electric) so we have no idea what we are doing. Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

Lucas as always was very accommodating fitting me in asap. Very professional, informative and excellent work. I cannot praise him enough. He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Bob was called out to our property for a blocked pipe which was spilling sewage into our garden. He worked quickly and efficiently to find and resolve the problem and made sure to leave the scene as clean as possible before leaving. Bob was very friendly and we are very happy with his service.
