Lucas as always was very accommodating fitting me in asap. Very professional, informative and excellent work. I cannot praise him enough. He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. I will always use him for any plumbing work and have recommended him to friend and family who have also used his services.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. My bathroom was backed up causing all 3 bathrooms to back up sewage water into the shower. At 9:30pm I google plumbing and Swift Plumber was the first Swift Plumber I seen i called they found a tech by 11:40 pm both Jordan and Aziz came out took care of the problem clean the sewage pipe with the snake. It was a big fur ball that clogged our pipe. Both Jordan & Aziz were very efficient & quick explained the problem told me what kind of pipe I have and why that happened. I never knew what pipe I had so that was good to know. I would definitely recommend this company. You also have 6months warranty. Thank you guys for coming out so late!!

Gary has a call out charge of £60. Very polite on arrival and was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. He also explained the problem and gave his recommendations for my 20 year boiler. I would use his service again. Thank you.
