Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I wil, defiantly be using them again whenever & have already recommended them to friends & family. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I have just bought a property and discovered that the previous owners had been having problems with the sewer drains for years. DHM attended my property for a blocked drain on same day. Cleared blockage and sourced 2 problems (broken inspection hatch cover that had dropped into the pipe and a plunger from a drain rod stuck further down the pipe) Both problems found and fixed within an hour. Paul was polite and courteous and I considered his price to be exceptionally cheap! I can’t recommend highly enough and he was actually recommended to me by a Dynorod call handler.

We could not of asked for a more professional and stress free installation of our eight new Thermostatic radiators. The advice and communication were excellent. His quote was very competitive. Liam arrived promptly on both days and worked with respect of our property and tidied as he went along. I would highly recommend LP Plumbing and Heating Ltd and would not hesitate in using them in the future.

Excellent service from Liam from start to finish. Communication was perfect and any queries or questions were answered swiftly. Liam first replaced my boiler and radiators which were decades old. The bathroom was then converted from a 1960’s original to the lovely new one. Both projects were fairly priced and completed within the time limit I was given. I highly recommend Liam!

Liam was amazing, we were in a real time crunch to get our gas pipe run. Liam came out quickly and got the job done. He wasn't even put off by my extremely hungover husband lying on the sofa 🤣 In all seriousness Liam is friendly, knowledgeable and a responsible price, I would definitely recommend.

Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! We were extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Tom was professional and knowledgeable when carrying out the original survey, and we received a detailed quote very quickly. The price compared favourably with the other quotes we had arranged, so it was their professional manner which sealed the deal. The fitter, Lee Parker, arrived promptly on both days and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. He was very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and was courteous at all times. We wanted to move our hot water cylinder and emergency boilers to a different location on our middle floor. After receiving few quotes we chose to go with Your Heat as they were very responsive, pro-active and offered a reasonable price and reassurance regarding quality. This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.
