At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. He promptly identified and dealt with the problem and afterwards explained the cause of the fault. Our property was respected. Fantastic service and would definitely use them again.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

I've been a happy customer of DRP for more than ten years, Dean did the 9th consecutive annual boiler service before Christmas which was again undoubtedly amazing. Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

Ryan completed a full bathroom renovation for me. He gave me useful advice before he carried out the work and options I hadn’t considered or thought possible. Jordan responded at short notice to fix a leaking pipe connection which was dripping water through the new kitchen ceiling. It had been installed badly by another plumber only weeks earlier. Jordan also rectified the outside condensing pipe (also done by the other plumber) which not only leaked but wasn't regulation anyway. Jordan was very professional and polite and I'll use him for all my heating/plumbing in the future. Already recommended him to my neighbour.

We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.
