Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed. It's been over a month since the works took place and there hasn't been a single problem since. I am loving everything especially my shower, it's so lush! A huge thank you to the EcoHeat team!

Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

Ben recently removed two radiators and installed a new one in our home. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and everything was completed to the highest standard. I can’t thank Ben highly enough for his first class service today. I was in a real pickle when my bathroom was blocked and flooded and he arrived quickly and fixed it. We had a leak we couldn’t solve that was causing damp up the wall. Ben turned up bang on 8am when he said he would, found the issue straight away and had it fixed within the hour. He was plain speaking and honest, great with the kids and the dog. Glad we have found a good plumber

Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. I've been a happy customer of DRP for more than ten years, Dean did the 9th consecutive annual boiler service before Christmas which was again undoubtedly amazing. An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

Very very pleased with the work carried out by Aquaheat New Romney. Ryan and Ki installed a new boiler for me. They were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout the day. When the work was finished Ryan explained the workings of the new boiler very clearly and they cleared up before leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aquaheat to anyone.
