Woke up for work this morning, proceeded with my normal routine in the bathroom to find all the water was leaking out the u-bend under the basin once I started to run the tap. An ironic situation considering it was only a few days ago that I picked up one of their business cards. The engineer sacrificed his lunch break to squeeze me in so it was greatly appreciated. Provided me with a reasonable price and replaced the u-bend in no time - top guys.

After my sister recommended Noble Platinum Plumbing, I decided to give them a call for a power flush on my heating system. I’m so glad I did! The radiators are now working as they should, and the house heats up so much faster. The engineer explained everything in a way I could understand, which really put me at ease. Honestly, the service was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be passing on the recommendation to others!

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again in the future.

James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice.
