Definitely recommended! Lee and his 'moling' guys did a great job installing a new water supply pipe for us, to replace an old leaking one. Ours wasn't a straightforward job, but Lee is very experienced and worked out the best way to do it - on time and on budget. Very happy.

Lee replaced several radiators for us and altered pipework; the service was excellent, looks great and the house is much warmer!😊Lee completed the work promptly and cleared up behind himself. Reasonably costed job. Also came to replace our shower at short notice and will definitely be our "go to man" for anything else we need from now on.

Excellent service. The engineer turned up when he said he would and did a good job of servicing our boiler. He pointed out a problem with our gas tap and called the company responsible on our behalf. He also identified a problem with the automatic air vent whch he replaced. We would highly recommend Thanet Gas to undertake work.

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. Had a leak on mains supply pipe not covered by my insurance so panicked. Called Mark, Direct Plumbing found on line and I can say he responded straight away, came to look and started straight away. I can honestly say that he is amazing. Made sure we got our water back on and had heating. Still work to be done but now not anything to urgent. Thanks to Mark. I can honestly recommend him.

The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. We are Landlords and own several properties in the Margate area. We have used Marvin and his team at Free Flo for many years.
