I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. Highly recommended, trusted tradesman!! 😊

So happy to have chosen Linked Plumbing & Heating to do our bathroom refurbishment. Craig and his team were very friendly, helpful and polite. They offered advice throughout. Very happy with the work they did which was ripping out an old bathroom and installing a shower room. Love the end result. Have already recommended them to a neighbour for her bathroom refit. Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. He arrived on time, kept me informed when he encountered another small problem and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending him...

Forget this no call out fee nonsense. Phil was upfront with his fee and that's all it cost and when you've got water dripping through your lounge room ceiling you want speed and efficiency. That's what I got. He's a lovely guy: old enough to have all the experience and young enough to have a smile on his face. Highly recommended for a great job at a fair price.

Woke up for work this morning, proceeded with my normal routine in the bathroom to find all the water was leaking out the u-bend under the basin once I started to run the tap. An ironic situation considering it was only a few days ago that I picked up one of their business cards. The engineer sacrificed his lunch break to squeeze me in so it was greatly appreciated. Provided me with a reasonable price and replaced the u-bend in no time - top guys.

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

A family friend recommended Aquacomp Ltd, and despite being on holiday, Bozhidar answered my call, thoroughly explaining everything and providing a quote. He even contacted manufacturers to ensure the right boiler for my property. On installation day, he arrived on time, kept my home clean, and went above and beyond, replacing old pipes for a better finish. Bozhidar came to replace an old gas pipe that was undersized for the requirements and improve the gas flow to my boiler. The job was incredibly challenging and complex, as it involved removing my furnitures, carpet, laminate and flooring. Despite the difficulty, he did an exceptional job. He reinstalled the flooring and carpet perfectly and vacuumed the entire area afterward. He left my house in the same way he found it. His work was highly professional and meticulous. I can’t recommend him enough!

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.
