Gary was recommended to us and we were really pleased with his service. He is really great at communication whether that be keeping you informed of when he’s due to arrive, or explaining a situation. He takes the time to explain the issues in a concise yet informative way without being patronising. And he had no qualms repeating himself to me and my other half when we asked numerous questions. His work is fab too. Fully explains what is happening and what needs to be done, pricing is clear and accurate. Already booked him in for the repair work and also recommended his services to others.

Quick and convenient visit to price job. Received a couple of quotes for a replacement boiler, detailing what the options were, what works would be done and an honest suggestion that the cheaper option might be the best. Arranged a day for the fitting a week later. Peter turned down my offer of some money "up front". Plumber arrived on time. Got on with the job. Had some difficulty with removing the existing boiler. Fitted new one. Kept mess and noise to a minimum. Cleared up any mess made. Took away all waste, including old boiler. All completed in a day. Including all new pipework, inline filter, new condensation pipe and sealing of holes. Peter took his time going through the operation of the new system, remote controller and interface. He logged the guarantee for us without being asked to. Left us all certificates and paperwork. Invoiced promptly and I was happy to pay promptly too. A polite, efficient, proficient tradesman. Thoroughly recommended

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Had an urgent issue with our immersion tank leaking a lot of water and ruining the flooring and room underneath. Steve and co turned up less than 24 hours after i first noticed it and had the issue fixed in 10 mins. He was super helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased to have recently used Richard & Joe to install a replacement Oil Boiler, Hot Water Cylinder, all the Radiators & Valves and Control System; bringing us into the 21st century. I was initially concerned to have the Power Flush, however, there were no leaks & having seen how much sludge had been in the pipes, I would now recommend a Power Flush. David has done two jobs for me in my flat and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He's happy to come and quote at a time that is convenient to you and his prices are reasonable and reliable (not suddenly going to sky rocket for no reason). He arrives promptly, is very personable and happy to explain the work that needs to be done in a way that's easy to understand. He'll go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with the job and takes pride in doing a good job rather than taking shortcuts. He's also excellent at cleaning up after himself! When I need more work doing in the future I'll definitely be using David.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.
