I have used Gary for a number of years at the maintenance firm I work for, he has always been reliable and affordable and provides a good quality high standard of work!! Definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future for all plumbing and gas works. Used for lots of call outs and boiler replacements and never had any issues.

Cannot recommend enough; came out very last minute after another plumber didn’t turn up to a job and identified the issue with our leaky boiler. Ordered parts and attended soon after they arrived to fix. Has made what had been a stressful situation much more manageable and talked us through what was happening too.

John visited and fully inspected our existing heating system and provided a range of options to replace our out dated system and boiler. He worked with us closely and implemented an updated system and relocation of our boiler. Work was carried out impeccably and to a very high standard. What stood out was John's consideration to our family needs lessening the impact of the work on our young family. Following John's recommendations has seen some large benefits, the new heating system is much more efficient saving us a surprising amount of money over the last few months. No job was too small, in the process John helped with some remediation work to other parts of the system with no fuss at all. Overall, we received a brilliant service from John, with a quality installation of an efficient heating system.

John completely replaced our central heating system after poor job was done by the previous owners/builders. John resolved all the issues we were having with water pressure in our house. He also replaced radiators and moved pipes for us during a big build, as well as rerouting gas pipes and fitting a Nest system. Always on time, clean and tidy, courteous and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go elsewhere for any plumbing needs. Fully recommended 👍🏻

John was recommended to me by friends, he gave a no-nonsense quote and straight forward, jargon free advice regarding our hot water system. Ended up going for a new hot water pressurised system which resolved all the problems we had been having. John has also been able to help following an emergency gas leak at our property. Came really quickly and sorted the issues. Highly recommended and a top, top tradesman.

We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.

Jan was pleasant, honest and genuinely helpful. His work was to an excellent standard, easy to pay and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone.

Jan and Matt came and installed a new boiler with very little notice and were very competitively prices in comparison to other quotes we had received. They were very helpful and had the boiler replaced in a day including removal of the existing. We used Smart plumbing recently to reroute the shower from tank to combi. We were told it would take 3 days , during which time the water and heating would be off. We dropped a key to Ian’s team and went away for the 3 days. When we came back you would not have known they had been in - except now everything worked! Thanks for a great job. Highly recommended.

Smart Plumbing did a superb, professional job installing our new radiators. When we first approached Smart Plumbing about changing them, Ian came and recommended a separate company for supplying the radiators which we really appreciated as they were a great price compared to what we had seen elsewhere. Made a wonderfull job of the bathroom! Fitted a walk in shower, toilet and basin and laid a new floor too. Very competitive prices as well. Left our home clean and tidy every day, was a pleasure to have him here. So good we've booked him for another jib early next year!!!
