First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

Ben from TG plumbing came out to do toilet repair for us. He completed the job cleanly and with great care. I will use again and would highly recommend.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

Absolutely fantastic plumber. After waiting months for a different plumber to just give me quote I decided to try someone different and Andrew was recommended through our builder. He surveyed and gave me a quote within a week and with our first child arriving any day he quickly found time in his extremely busy schedule to accommodate us. We wanted to replace our old log burner boiler to something more modern and baby friendly. He recommended an electric boiler with new pressurised cylinder as we had no mains gas and oil/lpg would be much more expensive to install and difficult in our particular situation. His team did the work within 2 days and were very tidy and their work was excellent. They are coming back to do work on a new outbuilding of ours and I now would not call anyone else.

Chris did a first class job in installing a new kitchen sink for me. It was not the simplest of installations, but Chris did an excellent job working round the problem. Would happily use Chris again and would recommend his services.

Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. Ben recently removed two radiators and installed a new one in our home. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and everything was completed to the highest standard. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

My son had Aquaheat install a new boiler in his home 2 years ago and he was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Now it was my turn as my old bungalow needed its hot water and heating system updated. Lee came round to access the set up and came up with a solution which was sympathetic to my bungalows needs. The appointment was made within a week and to their word a young man turned up called Matt, what a lovely young man and ever so easy to get on. Matt got on with the work and i must say i honestly don't think he stopped working even when we were having our little chats which i miss. Matt showed allot of respect to me always checking on me and making sure i was OK and offering to make me a coffee. The work was completed and Lee came by to check all was good . The whole process was very clear and carried out with care shown to me and my little old bungalow. PS I have offered to adopt Matt and he is a wonderful young man and a credit to Aqauheat.

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

Lee and the whole team at Aqua Heat have been fantastic from start to finish. From our initial enquiry through to completion took only 9 days and considering it was a ‘stress purchase’ due to water coming through the ceiling it couldn’t have been made simpler and easier for us. Our engineers Matt and Mike were professional, tidy, polite and showed great pride in their work and attention to detail which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

Very quick response and fitted a new hot water cylinder within 24 hrs. Great service.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the boiler engineer who installed my new boiler. They were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and got the job done in just 2 days. I was seriously impressed with their skills and the quality of their work. Not only did they take great care of my home, but they even cleaned up after and took everything away i was left with a clean new boiler no marks on my doors or floors. Talk about going above and beyond! Now, my new boiler is working like a champ and I couldn't be happier with the results.
