Just had a new bathroom suite installed as part of a loft conversion. I had some challenges around the waste pipe. Tony addressed the issue with ease. I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! James was fantastic and came to do a few jobs for us such as fitting a new radiator and a stop clock for us. He was very diligent in his work and spoke us through the different steps clearly as we were curious about the different elements that went into the work. We were very impressed the work quality of work he did and the quote he gave us was very reasonable. He was very tidy in his work and made sure to tidy up after himself for the various jobs he did. We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. I contacted Bluebird Plumbing to get a gas safety certificate. I was advised of their services they offered to landlords and clear pricing. I decided to have the boiler serviced at same time before winter set in. I am glad i did as tenants were having pressure dropping issues I waa not aware of and theae were fully addressed at thr time of the visit. Bluebird also stayed in direct contact with tenants to make sure pressure stayed up. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Andy and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating when our boiler failed unexpectedly. We were given great advice on future proofing our heating system . The new boiler was up and running within 24 hours, and the new hot water cylinders were installed with minimum interruption . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to friends and family . When our boiler went down yesterday, Andy was here in less than 5 minutes. Now to manage expectations as that has to be a world record in terms of call out - when I called Andy, after randomly picking his number up from Google, he’d just by chance finished serving my neighbours boiler but that had to be one major coincidence. He diagnosed the issue with one of our radiators really quickly and had us back up and running in no time! We’ve never had our boiler serviced since moving in 1.5 yr ago, so he popped around the next day to do that. He explains everything clearly and concisely and (if he’ll have us 😁) he’ll definitely be back to help us with other things we have planned around the house.

I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. After discussing some issues we were having, he proceeded to do a full service and identified and solved the problem with the heating.
