Wow and thank you! From the day I contacted Once Upon a Wish to the party, I have been exceptionally impressed so I just had to write a review. Jess went above and beyond to ensure the needs of my SEN daughter were going to be able to be accommodated for. She even gave a breakdown of the party, step by step , to share with her the evening before. On the day the lovely Freya arrived, Mae the Mermaid, a whole 15 minutes early and from the moment we opened the door she was incredible. She captured the attention of the girls within seconds and they were all hooked. The party ran smoothly and nothing we asked was too much - she was happy to adapt as and when the birthday girl wished (including a conga!) This was hands down the best birthday event my daughter has ever had and we will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much. One incredibly happy 6 year old!

My daughter and I attended the Pumpkins and Pixie Dust event at Tonbridge Castle on Wednesday and I was blown away by how fabulous it was. The castle space was used brilliantly with immersive theatre at every turn, my daughter and her friend were 100% committed and involved with the storytelling! As always, all cast members were fantastic and interacted magically with the children. Such an unusual and unique event. I’m so glad we went, it was worth every penny. Thank you Once Upon A Wish for bringing the magic.

The Christmas grotto’s absolutely amazing, brings the magic of Christmas to life and brings so so much joy to all the children, incredible actors and staff and you can see so much hard works gone in to making it look incredible, Thank you soo so much to you all, you really made my two girls Christmas time so special, this is are second year coming and will definitely be coming back 😃🎄🤶🏼🎅🏼

What an incredible week spent on the Elite Course with the Wedding Planner School. As an aspiring wedding planner the course was just the thing I was looking for x1000. We were lucky enough to stay in the grounds of Leeds Castle for a week which was a magical experience whilst getting to know my course mates, who were all really supportive of one another. The daily classroom sessions (theory and practical) went into great detail and there was lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the opportunity to work on a real wedding towards the end of the week was brilliant and gives you great insight as to what you can expect. All in all, the course was the perfect springboard for my next step towards becoming a wedding planner. Thanks to Pippa and Amber for everything you continue to put into it!

I attended the course in May 2023. It was fantastic! Pippa and her team are so knowledgeable and you learn so much. I can't recommend this course enough if you're serious about a career in weddings planning. I did so much research into courses and you won't find a more comprehensive, more enjoyable course.

They are amazing!! I want to say a huge thank you to Pippa and the entire wedding planning team!! Our wedding day would not have gone HALF as smooth as it did without the amazing team for organising everything and being so helpful the whole way through! We wouldn’t have had the incredible day we did have without their help, I can’t begin to describe how amazing you all were. Everyone was talking about how perfect the day was and how smooth it all went, the team really were the cogs that made the day go so well! I would 10/10 recommend!!! Pippa came in and saved the day so many times!! Everyone was there the day before and the day after they set the venue and church up and we’re absolutely amazing, I cannot sing their praises enough!!! From delivering our wedding flowers to us in the morning, to actually making the bridesmaids bouquets& groomsmen boutonnières (pics included)!!!! And setting up the barn, they are all so amazing! I recently completed the 1:1 course in Wedding Planning & Business marketing. I was very impressed with how the course was structured. I was given 8 books which I read before the 1:1 session which I found to be incredibly detailed & informative. The 1:1 session was engaging and I really enjoyed Pippa's teaching style. I found Pippa to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the wedding industry and how I could work to develop my business and succeed. I really appreciated the time Pippa took to help me work on my branding and develop a realistic business plan. I would definitely recommend the WPS and I feel confident to begin my journey as a wedding planner.

I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood! Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. Wow what can I say except a huge thank you to Angela and her family for making my daughters 5th bday so colourful, magical and damn right amazing!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to make their special day that bit more special. Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. We could not have had our day without her support. Everyone needs a Charlotte for their wedding! Thank you again for helping to make it so special for us.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for styling our wedding venue, it looked absolutely fantastic and made the already gorgeous venue look even better! You guys were a dream to work with and so helpful and kind throughout the whole wedding planning. Everything came together so well, it felt seamless! It was also so exciting turning up to the venue in the morning seeing it all ready, I felt like I had an exclusive sneak peek!! The showroom visits beforehand were also incredibly helpful to help us bring our vision to life and made picking and choosing everything a lot easier. It was also incredibly helpful having a sample of the napkins so we could take it to our other suppliers and match our colour scheme perfectly!

Mulberry events were a friend of the The Ravenswood wedding venue where we got married at the beginning of June and I am so glad that we opted to work with them! They took the stress out of decorating the venue, from the pre wedding meeting where we got to have a look at all the decorations they had to offer to setting them up on the day so it wasn't something we had to worry about. My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience with Alice at the Mulberry showroom. We highly recommend going for the FREE(!) 2 hour session. During this we were guided through designing our table decor and viewing the huge variety of options for the rest of the wedding day. My Fiance and I had such an incredible experience at the Mulberry Events showroom. We went in for our free 2 hour session and was helped by the lovely Alice who was absolutely amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and felt like we were in the best hands when making decisions about how our big day would look and feel. We had our wedding in October 2024 at the Oak Barn Frame Farm and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue! From the moment we looked around the barn, we both knew it was the place for us. Having 3 barns meant we were able to keep our 50 guests entertained and still have beautiful spaces. We weren’t sure what to expect with dry-hire, but the barn is so beautiful it could be kept minimal if you’re on a budget, but being able to personalise it to how we wanted it made it extra special for us. The open fields, waterfall and sheep meant we got some amazing photos (from our photographer Matt Birchall) as well as the best memories. Chrystelle couldn’t have been more helpful, from her communication in planning, to the materials provided in the run up to the wedding, and her excellent organisation on the day meaning our wedding ran seamlessly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The list of trusted suppliers was great too, and we used quite a few who were also great. The accommodation on site was an added bonus for us and family, and all of our friends and family commented on what a perfect venue we’d chosen. Being environmentally focused was also a huge bonus for us, as it really aligned with our values. Thank you to all at the Oak Barn for giving us the happiest day!

It was a real pleasure to visit The Oak Barn again this time to perform for the newlyweds Abbie & Tom, the venue grounds are well kept and a beautiful setting for such a special occasion, the barn is a great space to host the evening party with a raised stage area for the bands to perform on, the staff are there to greet on arrival, friendly and helpful throughout and one of Kent’s finest wedding venues! We're so happy we chose The Oak Barn as our wedding venue! We got married here in August 2023. We fell in love with the venue from the first viewing. The setting is stunning, and the barn is modern but still has a rustic feel, which was perfect for us! The cottages on site are also beautiful. The team at The Oak Barn are a wonderful bunch - incredibly helpful and make you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I want to give a special thanks to Chrystelle, who was amazing in the run up to the wedding and on the day. She made sure everything was running smoothly and really kept us calm! It was one of the most magical days of our lives and we couldn't have wished for a more perfect venue.

Our company has worked with Party Drs on several occasions. They are a joy to work with, creative, professional and patient. Nothing seems too much to handle, and they understood our brand and requirements very quickly, carrying this through each event. The staff themselves are great, both friendly and humourous whilst maintaining professionalism. Our recent even was a large exhibition which they took care of from start to finish. From designing our stand to completing all the paperwork and formalities with the venue. Raj and Dom took great care in making sure our stand was ready and even took over aspects that were not in their remit to ensure it met our standards. Raj, Dom and their staff took very good care of our company and customers. When our stand was extremely busy, they took the initiative to mingle with the crowd, offer drinks so our guests were not left hanging around empty handed. Even "off the clock" they assisted in arranging transport home for our stranded customers. This was just a typical example of the lengths they will go to to ensure the event is a success for their customer. We have not hesitated to book again for next year.

We hired a church hall for an 18th, I was so fortunate to find Party Doctors. Brad was super helpful, engaged and supportive throughout the entire process. The lighting, DJ, draping of the hall - fantastic!! The guys were very polite & professional and worked throughout the evening on a tricky timescale…they were completely packed up on time. Well organised and very competent. Highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to write a review for the most amazing lady that I think I have ever met! Kayleigh coordinated for our wedding yesterday and honestly, we don't know what we would have done without her! She is just absolutely amazing. The day went so smoothly thanks to her which meant we could relax and enjoy our day. She did so many things that we didn't even ask or expect her to do, such as taking our son out for walks in the pram to get him to sleep and also held him for nearly 2 hours in her arms so he could sleep! Danced and played with the children, and just generally went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Kayleigh highly enough. She isn’t just a wedding coordinator and planner, she is an all-round Girl Friday and an absolute godsend. Our wedding day ran as perfectly as we had planned in our heads thanks to her. We never had to worry once during the entire day, nothing was too much trouble, even down to plaiting our daughter’s hair and dancing with the kids (who adored her!) We could never have had the day we had without Kayleigh being there for us every step of the way. She is caring, professional, an absolute angel - a complete asset to any event.
