Look no further for your party planner. Emma produced an unforgettable night to celebrate our daughter's 21st for 130 guests. Unanimous feedback was "the best party ever". Emma's experience and creativity really shows when it comes to both planning for and running an event like this one... and getting the most out of the budget. I feel that she has a connection to her audience and knows how to create the wow factor. On the day, the team worked so hard to make things go smoothly and we could enjoy ourselves, stress-free. Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. No job was ever too much and they worked with complete professionalism. Thank you Emma and team.

Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Working with Emma Warburton, Founder and MD of Evoke Events, was a breath of fresh air and a real pleasure from beginning to end. I’ve worked with Kent Event Packages on a number of occasions and have always found them to be organised, friendly and professional, always putting on a fantastic show and meeting the client’s brief. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional service right from start to finish. The EMW team kept in constant communication with me in the lead up to my event and presented the various options in which I could personalise my event. They took care of everything from the catering, to dj hire to set-up and decorations. In the end, I was surprised at how well the event turned out and it exceeded my expectations. My guests were able to testify to this. For this I am most grateful to the EMV team for all they have done!

I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood! Thank you to Kerry and the team for creating and absolutely incredible backdrop at the stunning venue Roseyard Kent for my husband's 40th. From start to finish they were so professional and so helpful and able to create exactly what I envisioned. Also last minute I had to change the date and extend the hire. No questions asked they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The who set up was stress free for me! I wish Elegant Events were located to where I live as I organise so many parties and would loved to have used their services. Thank you Elegant Events of Kent for the decorations! Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. We could not have had our day without her support. Everyone needs a Charlotte for their wedding! Thank you again for helping to make it so special for us.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked. If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! We had a very definite view of how we wanted our venue to look. We knew it was quite different and we knew it was a bit out of the ordinary. When we were looking for someone to style our venue, we met with so many suppliers who showed either a vague passing interest in our plans or a complete lack of attention to detail when quoting that we were beginning to despair that no one would ever truly “get us”. That changed when we met Claire from ‘The Creative Venue’ at the Detling Wedding Experience. From that first meeting she was as excited as we were about our wedding and threw herself into the detail straight away, suggesting creative ideas to make our vision even better, all before we had even agreed prices and signed contracts – she was just happy to share her expertise with us. Claire was always excited to see us, like we were her family. She was patient and good humoured, even when we gave her a 32 page PowerPoint presentation of ideas, likes and dislikes (sorry Claire), she actually liked it. She was very reassuring and always happy to meet with the venue and other suppliers to make sure that we were all on the same page, she’s a real team player. We had so much to do that we didn’t really feel excited in the run up to our wedding, until the afternoon before our wedding when we saw our venue and the styling taking shape. In truth, whilst we knew Claire was very capable and we trusted her to bring our vision to life, we never really felt that anyone would get it 100% right, no one could every really take what was inside our heads and actually get it exactly right- ummm… we were so completely wrong. Claire did exactly that! She took a completely white room and worked with our florist, Jill from Passion Floral Design, to create the magical winter woodland for us, complete with lots of moss, twigs, twisted willow, ivy, with lots of warmth coming from deep reds, velvets, rose golds, candles by the bucket loads, hundreds of fairly lights, uplighters, crates, drapes, sequin drapes, paper lanterns, it was beautiful. We said that we didn’t want to turn on any overhead lights and that we wanted all the light in the room to come from the ambient light provided by the candles, fairly lights, uplighters etc – well they achieved just that, the room glowed, no harsh overhead lighting was needed. The photos really don’t do it justice. The one word our guests used over and over again to describe the way everything looked was ‘magical’. Even the staff at the venue said they had never seen the venue look that way before and the following day, staff who weren’t working our wedding told us they had been sneaking in to have a look because they had all heard how beautiful and different it looked. That would never have happened without Claire and her team. They went above and beyond and did things that we wouldn’t have expected them to do and we truly feel like they are friends now. Claire knew exactly what would work and made our vision a reality, which made our day absolutely perfect. We only wish we could have had an extra day to enjoy it all for longer.

Claire and the team did a fantastic job of decorating our wedding venue. We started the process of organising the decorations and flowers back in May 2023. Claire was very helpful, giving us lots of suggestions on how we could achieve our ideas within our budget. Over time as other aspects of the wedding came together we continued to refine the plan, each time Claire was full of good advice and a happy smile. She was reassuring when the colour scheme did a full turn, after we failed to find bridesmaids dresses in the colours we needed, helping to hunt down just the right colour ribbon to keep my initial vision alive. On the day I knew Claire and the team had everything in hand and that when I finally saw the venue it would be exactly what we had planned. My maid of honour needed silk flowers due to her allergies and Claire and the team managed to match them beautifully to the real ones. If fact when they arrived I struggled to tell them apart. Thank you so much for bringing the personal touch to our venue that we wanted and for my wonderful flowers.

Creative Venue are amazing. They brought mine and my husband's vision to life on our wedding day. I was so excited when I saw all of the decor set out in our wedding breakfast room.
