I met Lisa many years ago and have used her services on many an occasion, Birthday's and wedding etc. She is very reliable, offers an excellent service and has fabulous creativity. Her work is brilliant! Highly recommended!

Excellent service left me speechless for my sons welcome home party/baby shower for all family and friends to meet him,after being born 3 1/2 months early telling Lisa under the water theme simple ,but not to much which she did and couldn’t of asked for anything better from fish and bubbles hanging from the ceiling, a back drop and baby cubes for photos ,sea creatures balloons,doughnut wall,tables decorated I will definitely be using elegant occasions again

I hired The Pretty Events Company to do the decor at my wedding. Kayleigh and the team did an incredible job, flawless communciation through out, Kayleigh was on hand throughout the entire planning process and the day turned out absolutely flawless. I am forever grateful

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

Wedding venue decor. A little slow to reply to emails/get back to customers. But overall, haven't had any issues.

We used Thanetians for our works annual dinner for around 80 people on Friday 7 June 2019. Our theme was “The Great Gatsby” and we could not fault Thanetians they did a fantastic job in decorating our 8 tables in a black and gold theme. They really listened to what we wanted and made any additions along the way and made the room look fantastic. We were at St Augustine’s in Westgate-on-Sea and we had the Chapel. The tables looked stunning with big ostrich feathers and tall vases with led lights around the top. The table and chairs covers looked amazing really did take our breath away when we walked into the room. Thank you Nikki and Amanda for making our annual dinner brilliant.

Myself and my husband (sounds so good) had our wedding at quex house yesterday and it was the best day ever. From the very first time I looked around to the actual day Alice and Molly looked after us every step of the way answering every question we had and keeping us updated on everything. We held our engagement party at this venue, molly catered for all our needs, it was a fantastic evening. The place is spacious and bar staff were so amazing and quick the whole evening! What an incredible venue to work with! I had the pleasure of photographing Jackie and Alain here and the grounds were so fun for lots of creative photos. The staff run a tight ship here and the couple couldn't have been happier. Looking forward to working here again soon!

After 3 years of planning, we finally had our day and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Molly, Laura and Alice are absolutely incredible and honestly cannot do enough for you. They were always very quick to respond and really helped our vision come to life. Nothing was too much trouble for them and honestly our day couldn't of been any more perfect. We had the two course BBQ which tasted amazing and was so well organised that it wasn't chaotic at all. The service is so personal as well, the whole way through the process, no matter who we saw even if our meeting wasn't scheduled Molly and Alice knew exactly who we were and what we had discussed. Really made us feel like we were old friends. If I had to do the day all over again I wouldn't change a thing and Quex will forever be my venue of choice.

Booking your events group for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! What a service they provide! They were fantastic and so lovely on the lead up to the big day and on the day it's self. The food was beautiful and I've heard nothing but good things from our guests. The bar had so much choice and very good prices, we had some very merry quests! Thank you to James and the team. Will definitely be using your services again in the future.

We hired your events for our wedding and from start to finish the team couldn't have been more helpful. They replied to emails promptly, answered all my questions, and made arranging everything very easy. On the day James and the team were amazing, they arrived before us and helped with decorations that had fallen, set up the music and were so so friendly. During the day they served the delicious food promptly, we're so chatty and friendly to all the guests, the bar staff were amazing, the bar was stocked brilliantly and had everything my guests wanted. The draping was magical and transformed the hall, the bar was perfect and I can’t tell you all the compliments we had about the BBQ and evening buffet. “Best sandwiches they’d ever tasted!” was just one! Professional, friendly, huge fun; Claire & Dean will keep you entertained (and drinking) all evening and the food was great. I'm so glad I found YEG for my wedding reception, would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. Thank you to Kerry and the team for creating and absolutely incredible backdrop at the stunning venue Roseyard Kent for my husband's 40th. From start to finish they were so professional and so helpful and able to create exactly what I envisioned. Also last minute I had to change the date and extend the hire. No questions asked they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The who set up was stress free for me! I wish Elegant Events were located to where I live as I organise so many parties and would loved to have used their services. Thank you Elegant Events of Kent for the decorations! I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood!
