I've never left a review before, no one has impressed me enough to do so but these guys are awesome! Professional, friendly, huge fun; Claire & Dean will keep you entertained (and drinking) all evening and the food was great. I'm so glad I found YEG for my wedding reception, would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Booking your events group for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! What a service they provide! They were fantastic and so lovely on the lead up to the big day and on the day it's self. The food was beautiful and I've heard nothing but good things from our guests. The bar had so much choice and very good prices, we had some very merry quests! Thank you to James and the team. Will definitely be using your services again in the future.

We met James at a wedding fair. He quickly organised for us to visit the property and we fell in love with it. Communication with James was amazing. I asked him SO many questions, many outside work hours, he was always ready to help with answers. He made us feel at ease. Our guests all commented on the uniqueness of the venue. We hired your events for our wedding and from start to finish the team couldn't have been more helpful. They replied to emails promptly, answered all my questions, and made arranging everything very easy. On the day James and the team were amazing, they arrived before us and helped with decorations that had fallen, set up the music and were so so friendly. During the day they served the delicious food promptly, we're so chatty and friendly to all the guests, the bar staff were amazing, the bar was stocked brilliantly and had everything my guests wanted. Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. We used Thanetians for our works annual dinner for around 80 people on Friday 7 June 2019. Our theme was “The Great Gatsby” and we could not fault Thanetians they did a fantastic job in decorating our 8 tables in a black and gold theme. They really listened to what we wanted and made any additions along the way and made the room look fantastic. We were at St Augustine’s in Westgate-on-Sea and we had the Chapel. The tables looked stunning with big ostrich feathers and tall vases with led lights around the top. The table and chairs covers looked amazing really did take our breath away when we walked into the room. Thank you Nikki and Amanda for making our annual dinner brilliant.

I met Lisa many years ago and have used her services on many an occasion, Birthday's and wedding etc. She is very reliable, offers an excellent service and has fabulous creativity. Her work is brilliant! Highly recommended!

Excellent service left me speechless for my sons welcome home party/baby shower for all family and friends to meet him,after being born 3 1/2 months early telling Lisa under the water theme simple ,but not to much which she did and couldn’t of asked for anything better from fish and bubbles hanging from the ceiling, a back drop and baby cubes for photos ,sea creatures balloons,doughnut wall,tables decorated I will definitely be using elegant occasions again

Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. The whole process was so flawless, great communication, set up was fabulous and Angela was lovely. I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood! What an incredible venue to work with! I had the pleasure of photographing Jackie and Alain here and the grounds were so fun for lots of creative photos. The staff run a tight ship here and the couple couldn't have been happier. Looking forward to working here again soon!

We had our wedding on the 29.10.2024 at Quex and the whole day was truly magical. This was made possible by the incredible staff at Quex, particularly Molly orchestrating the team that day. We were able to contact both Molly and Laura during the build up to the wedding. They both answered my many emails and questions, almost instantly after I’d sent them. They have been so accommodating and encouraging us to view the venue when needed, alongside giving us the time to decorate the space and have a rehearsal the day before. It was these sort of details which made the process really positive and enjoyable. As I am someone who likes to plan in detail this was so reassuring and they both really helped to put me at ease, which meant I was really calm on the big day! Both Molly and Laura are so friendly and approachable and made the day run so smoothly. Thank you so much to Weddings at Quex, I highly recommend this as a venue!

We held our engagement party at this venue, molly catered for all our needs, it was a fantastic evening. The place is spacious and bar staff were so amazing and quick the whole evening! Myself and my husband (sounds so good) had our wedding at quex house yesterday and it was the best day ever. From the very first time I looked around to the actual day Alice and Molly looked after us every step of the way answering every question we had and keeping us updated on everything.
