Absolutely stunning table scaping, I used Gigi Events for my 30th barbie themed birthday dinner. My table looked stunning! Georgie helped me decide on beautiful muted/pale pink napkins, a touch of gold on the table and beautiful crystal glass pieces!

After deciding we wanted to elope we started to look into a venue. We came across elope kent on Google. After looking through there website we decide to look at allington castle venue. From the minute we spoke to sam at elope we felt instintatly in safe hands. Sam was amazing and reassured us the whole way through. Our wedding day was truly perfect everything we could have wished for and more. From the cake to the food to the flowers to the photos everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning, the organisation and communication was first class right from the start, we booked it immediately on our first visit. Tania and Sam made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. The castle is so magical and the staff so welcoming going over and beyond our expectations. They were happy to accommodate our requests (we wanted our friend to conduct the ceremony who is a registrar). And to have our dog with us - he had a great wedding day! We had many WOW moments especially in the little details (roaring log fire /home made rose petal confetti / raspberries in our champagne) the elopement team made our day the best! The cake , flowers, decorations and food were exceptional. All our friends and family have loved seeing Fleur’s amazing photographs of our 50 shades of pink elopement at Westenhanger Castle 🏰 . We would highly recommend the elopement service they offer.

Thanks so much to everyone in the E-Lope team and Tania at Castle Westenhanger, we can honestly say that our twilight wedding was the most romantic day/evening of our lives. Everything was just perfect, and they all took outstanding care of us. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, and it felt like such a blessing to make our vows on those lovely grounds. The cake and the spread at our candlelight meal were gorgeous, and the flowers and all the decorations provided were simply stunning. What an incredible week spent on the Elite Course with the Wedding Planner School. As an aspiring wedding planner the course was just the thing I was looking for x1000. We were lucky enough to stay in the grounds of Leeds Castle for a week which was a magical experience whilst getting to know my course mates, who were all really supportive of one another. The daily classroom sessions (theory and practical) went into great detail and there was lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the opportunity to work on a real wedding towards the end of the week was brilliant and gives you great insight as to what you can expect. All in all, the course was the perfect springboard for my next step towards becoming a wedding planner. Thanks to Pippa and Amber for everything you continue to put into it!

They are amazing!! I want to say a huge thank you to Pippa and the entire wedding planning team!! Our wedding day would not have gone HALF as smooth as it did without the amazing team for organising everything and being so helpful the whole way through! We wouldn’t have had the incredible day we did have without their help, I can’t begin to describe how amazing you all were. Everyone was talking about how perfect the day was and how smooth it all went, the team really were the cogs that made the day go so well! I would 10/10 recommend!!! Pippa came in and saved the day so many times!! Everyone was there the day before and the day after they set the venue and church up and we’re absolutely amazing, I cannot sing their praises enough!!! From delivering our wedding flowers to us in the morning, to actually making the bridesmaids bouquets& groomsmen boutonnières (pics included)!!!! And setting up the barn, they are all so amazing! I attended the course in May 2023. It was fantastic! Pippa and her team are so knowledgeable and you learn so much. I can't recommend this course enough if you're serious about a career in weddings planning. I did so much research into courses and you won't find a more comprehensive, more enjoyable course.

I want to say thank you for the wonderful wedding planning course. The course was incredibly informative and practical, and I feel I’ve learned so much! I appreciated how hands-on it was, allowing us to practice what ‘we learned. The day wedding coordination was particularly amazing as it gave me a taste of what it’s like to work on a real wedding. It was a fantastic opportunity to see everything come together and made me more excited about becoming a wedding planner. Pippa & Amber managed to create a supportive learning environment and were there to answer questions and offer guidance. Donna has gone above and beyond for the editorial photoshoot Rohiny and I organised at the Old Hall Ely. From the very beginning, she understood the assignment and completely smashed it - in the best way possible! I love Donna’s professional approach - she has a keen eye for details. When I provided her with my mood board for the editorial photoshoot, she did not only create a styling mood board, but fetched items specific for the photoshoot - such as absolutely adorable vintage chair, which was one of the highlights of the photoshoot. Donna is also a kind person - it’s easy to talk to her and it feels like she is your friend. I cannot recommend Donna enough!

From start to finish Donna was a superb tower of strength with organising and sourcing the ideas I had in my mind. She was thorough in her research sharing her vision on what the room would look like - she created mood boards with colours, samples and ideas which were so helpful. On the evening Donna delivered an outstanding service - the room looked absolutely superb, far better than I ever imagined, the balloon arch and welcome sign were outstanding and the attention to detail was second to none. This contributed to my surprise birthday party for my husband becoming such a memorable evening and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her for any event. We had a very definite view of how we wanted our venue to look. We knew it was quite different and we knew it was a bit out of the ordinary. When we were looking for someone to style our venue, we met with so many suppliers who showed either a vague passing interest in our plans or a complete lack of attention to detail when quoting that we were beginning to despair that no one would ever truly “get us”. That changed when we met Claire from ‘The Creative Venue’ at the Detling Wedding Experience. From that first meeting she was as excited as we were about our wedding and threw herself into the detail straight away, suggesting creative ideas to make our vision even better, all before we had even agreed prices and signed contracts – she was just happy to share her expertise with us. Claire was always excited to see us, like we were her family. She was patient and good humoured, even when we gave her a 32 page PowerPoint presentation of ideas, likes and dislikes (sorry Claire), she actually liked it. She was very reassuring and always happy to meet with the venue and other suppliers to make sure that we were all on the same page, she’s a real team player. We had so much to do that we didn’t really feel excited in the run up to our wedding, until the afternoon before our wedding when we saw our venue and the styling taking shape. In truth, whilst we knew Claire was very capable and we trusted her to bring our vision to life, we never really felt that anyone would get it 100% right, no one could every really take what was inside our heads and actually get it exactly right- ummm… we were so completely wrong. Claire did exactly that! She took a completely white room and worked with our florist, Jill from Passion Floral Design, to create the magical winter woodland for us, complete with lots of moss, twigs, twisted willow, ivy, with lots of warmth coming from deep reds, velvets, rose golds, candles by the bucket loads, hundreds of fairly lights, uplighters, crates, drapes, sequin drapes, paper lanterns, it was beautiful. We said that we didn’t want to turn on any overhead lights and that we wanted all the light in the room to come from the ambient light provided by the candles, fairly lights, uplighters etc – well they achieved just that, the room glowed, no harsh overhead lighting was needed. The photos really don’t do it justice. The one word our guests used over and over again to describe the way everything looked was ‘magical’. Even the staff at the venue said they had never seen the venue look that way before and the following day, staff who weren’t working our wedding told us they had been sneaking in to have a look because they had all heard how beautiful and different it looked. That would never have happened without Claire and her team. They went above and beyond and did things that we wouldn’t have expected them to do and we truly feel like they are friends now. Claire knew exactly what would work and made our vision a reality, which made our day absolutely perfect. We only wish we could have had an extra day to enjoy it all for longer.

Claire and the team did a fantastic job of decorating our wedding venue. We started the process of organising the decorations and flowers back in May 2023. Claire was very helpful, giving us lots of suggestions on how we could achieve our ideas within our budget. Over time as other aspects of the wedding came together we continued to refine the plan, each time Claire was full of good advice and a happy smile. She was reassuring when the colour scheme did a full turn, after we failed to find bridesmaids dresses in the colours we needed, helping to hunt down just the right colour ribbon to keep my initial vision alive. On the day I knew Claire and the team had everything in hand and that when I finally saw the venue it would be exactly what we had planned. My maid of honour needed silk flowers due to her allergies and Claire and the team managed to match them beautifully to the real ones. If fact when they arrived I struggled to tell them apart. Thank you so much for bringing the personal touch to our venue that we wanted and for my wonderful flowers.
