Jane and Keith provided considerable support at the wedding of our daughter on 16 July 2022. As it was a three-day event at our house with 210 guests, there was a great deal to do. We did not employ a wedding planner and so Jane and Keith had to co-ordinate the various providers over the three days. This involved the caterers, catering implement suppliers, the suppliers of the extensive lighting for the grounds, security, photographer, band, DJ, portaloos, pre-arranged transport at the end of the evening, event timings and so on. It was a big job and they worked tirelessly, understood what was involved and were calm and energetic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed would certainly look to employ their services again.

It goes without saying I couldn’t recommend more highly of Angela and her team at Elegant events of Kent. The whole process was so flawless, great communication, set up was fabulous and Angela was lovely. My partners 40th birthday was made even more special with the amazing work they did providing such an elegant back drop for photos. I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood! Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. Booking your events group for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! What a service they provide! They were fantastic and so lovely on the lead up to the big day and on the day it's self. The food was beautiful and I've heard nothing but good things from our guests. The draping was magical and transformed the hall, the bar was perfect and I can’t tell you all the compliments we had about the BBQ and evening buffet. “Best sandwiches they’d ever tasted!” was just one! We hired your events for our wedding and from start to finish the team couldn't have been more helpful. They replied to emails promptly, answered all my questions, and made arranging everything very easy. On the day James and the team were amazing, they arrived before us and helped with decorations that had fallen, set up the music and were so so friendly. During the day they served the delicious food promptly, we're so chatty and friendly to all the guests, the bar staff were amazing, the bar was stocked brilliantly and had everything my guests wanted. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For lovers of the outdoors, this has to be one of the coolest Kent venues for a wedding! Being a wedding photographer and lover of the outdoors myself, there's little better than having so much nature/space to tell such amazing wedding stories. Having all the guests walk through the meadows from the ceremony at the Boathouse to enjoying food under a serene woodland canopy is just such a joy to shoot! Also, keep an eye out for those amazing golden hours you get spoiled with in the meadow! Always adore coming back here to photograph!

My husband and I got married 1st August 2024 and the day was truly unforgettable. We loved all of the pictures online on their website and couldn’t wait to book a viewing as soon as possible. As soon as we got to wilderness we fell in love with the venue and knew this was the one for us! The beautiful countryside setting was exactly what we were looking for. All of the staff were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, everyone is so friendly! Any questions we had they answered quickly and efficiently either via a quick phone call or email and made the whole process as easy and enjoyable as it could have been. Excel spread sheets are also sent to you to help plan everything as much as you like along with recommendations of other suppliers. We had a final planning meeting to finalise all the details as well as the day before our wedding we were able to go and set up everything and get ready with plenty of time. Once again the staff were all there the day before to help with anything we needed and to go over any final questions and details which made us feel so relaxed and ready for the big day! Our wedding day ran without fault and this is all due to the impeccable team all trying their best to make your day run smoothly. We cannot thank everyone at wilderness weddings enough for making our wedding day the best as it could have been and we will remember and treasure the beautiful memories forever. We had our wedding here in September 2024! What an incredible, special, different but magical place. All our guests were blown away by the venue. The staff were super helpful - from dealing with all our requests leading up to the day and helping us set up the day before. The the staff and event manager couldn't of been more perfect, friendly and fun on the actual day. This place will always be very special to us! Cannot recommend it enough.

Went here for a wedding on 15th December and had a wonderful time. It's in a nice and quiet location, not too far away from a main road but you'd never know it. We were a small party and the venue for the ceremony was nice and intimate, but they have a large hall that can house plenty for bigger events. Pleasant bar and restaurant, had local cider available and a great range of food that we could choose from. I stayed the night in a lodge with an incredibly comfy bed and warm shower, and thankfully the heating is very effective too! TV also provided with a firestick, but I fell asleep too quickly to browse xD Lovely fry up the next morning too. Special thanks to the staff who were incredibly friendly and bubbly and always willing to help. The layout of the place on a hill may present a challenge to parties with lots of less mobile people, though they have a golf buggy to help people up and down. Thanks again!

A true hidden gem. We held an Afternoon Tea in the Lounge Bar for my Mum's 80th Birthday and it was just perfect. A stunning venue and relaxing atmosphere were just what we were after. The whole team were attentive and professional whilst the food was out of this world. We were lucky enough to try the new menu - delicious! I'm now looking for an excuse to go back!

I absolutely loved photographing Jack & Izzy's Wedding at the Chapel House Estate and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Living locally to Chapel House Estate this venue has to be one of my favourites not just in Thanet but in the whole of Kent. There are endless opportunities for photographs in the gardens surrounding the main house. There are so many different options for couples no wedding is the same at this stunning venue. I can't wait to come back!

We had our company Christmas do here this year. All of us that attended had the best time, made all the better by Keeley and her team. From the minute we arrived to time we left, we were thoroughly looked after by all of the staff at Chapel House. This ticked every box for us there was a lot of brilliant attention to detail that made a very memorable night that no doubt we will all remember for time to come. Our display created by Your Day Events was absolute perfection and completed our party theme. We requested pastel Pokémon and Gemma managed to source these adorable Pokémon pictures. The attention to detail was amazing and I’d highly recommend using Your Day for any parties or events! 🎈

Came across your day events whilst browsing instagram for my baby shower. I wanted something more then the traditional balloon arch to fit in more with my ‘country’ theme. Your Day Events delivered ! After sending across my initial ideas and enquiry everything was discussed from wording to specific palette colours and costing . Set up and install was done by the team , had so many compliments on the day and the guests loved the photo ops! Recommend and would use definitely use again for another event!

I contacted Jemma for decorations at my baby shower and she was more than happy to help! I explained the theme I wanted “pink, floral Flopsy Bunny” and Jemma knew exactly what I would like and it was the loveliest suprise on the morning with extra details of fresh veg in the boxes, my name personalised on the sailboard & a picket fence - to name a few! Angie is amazing! She literally made any idea we had become reality saving us so much stress and time. We wanted something a bit different and she wasn’t in the slightest bit phased and everything fitted perfectly. The favour tags, table plan, guestbook and centre pieces were specially made for us. We just found a photo of something we liked and she had it made or we gave her an idea and she created it. The photos just don’t do her work justice. Thanks so much Angie for making life so easy! Angie & her team are absolutely amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of ordering my daughter’s birthday balloons with Angie and although I have less than a week’s notice Angie made me 2 balloon stacks and a “2” balloon arrangement all in Paddington bear theme which all my party guests commented on. She even delivered them, nothing was too much trouble! I also work with Angie to create all of my acrylic cake menus for my wedding cakes, they always turn out beautifully and I can’t wait to see the next one she creates

Amazing supplier, fast responses, always happy to help providing great service with lovely products for our wedding day. It was great for my team and I to visit Winters Barns recently for a fun filled wedding day. The barn is decorated in a great rustic style meaning additional decor isn't needed and really sits well for sustainability and simplicity. We loved exploring the outside spaces and enjoying the pockets of space around the venue. Look forward to heading back soon

We had the pleasure of getting married here mid May and we had the most perfect day! We cannot recommend Winters Barns enough. From the first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with it, all members of staff are so friendly and every little detail has been thought about. The layout of the venue is brilliant, giving everyone with different wants a space, plenty of seating outside, tables for dinner in their own room, sofas by the bar which is right next to the evening reception room meaning everything flowed brilliantly without people getting lost in the space. Through the whole process we were kept up to date and had regular communication. The team answers all my emails and questions promptly and a massive thank you goes to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was absolutely fantastic and faultless! Everything was so organised ahead of the day which was brilliant peace of mind for us. On the day everything ran so smoothly with nothing being too much for the team to do. We had several comments from guests about how brilliant the venue and staff were. They helped set up the space and ensured everything was packed away at the end of the night ready for us to take away from the store room the next day. The accommodation is lovely, as was breakfast the next day (to make perfect it would be nice if a fried breakfast could be served but this may be a caters decision). We honestly cannot recommend Winters Barns enough!

Went to my nieces wedding. The setting was beautiful. Everything in one place the ceremony, which, luckily, the weather was kind to us, and they could exchange their vows outside. The 3 couse wedding breakfast was tasty, the evening fish and chips or burger and chips was a welcomed alternative to a buffet. The service and attention to detail spot on. Would recommend 👌
