Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. We could not have had our day without her support. Everyone needs a Charlotte for their wedding! Thank you again for helping to make it so special for us.

Working with the lovely Charlotte is always a great and stress free. She is organised and takes anything in her stride. I have worked with Charlotte on a number of occasions and always look forward to one of her weddings.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. We had a fantastic stress free day and Blessing was with us from start to finish. All our guests were very complimentary of the service provided by Blessing. I would highly recommend Blessing to anyone looking for an event planner / designer, as she works tirelessly to ensure your dreams come true.

Blessing coordinated my wedding day in May 2018, from finalising the decorations of our reception, to understanding our wishes for the day, making our delicious wedding cake and finally making it all happen by contacting the suppliers and providing a schedule. My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

Blessing was the wedding planner for my friends wedding, I was a bridesmaid and Blessing did an absolutely amazing job. She catered for everyone from the bride, to the family, to us the bridal party. Everything came out beautifully and the bride was super pleased with everything. Very professional at the face of adversity also. Handled everything very well on the day as well as the whole weekend (destination wedding in Italy). Would definitely recommend Blessing to anyone!

Super helpful and reasonably price. We used Bedecked for our Christmas Day set up. Sarah was great! She was super helpful, willing to help with our requirements and delivery and collection made it really easy. We will definitely be using again and would recommend Bedecked to anyone looking for tables and lovely chairs for events!

We frequently use Bedecked to decorate our functions rooms at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club. They provide beautiful, high quality products and a fantastic service. We highly recommend them to be used for any occasion or event.

Sarah and team went above and beyond to make sure our event went without a hitch. Everything that was provided was high quality and left the site spotless afterwards. They were also able to source us extra things late in the day when things changed. Highly recommend.

Sarah was very professional and send us this lovely chair covers, sashes and nice looking lanterns. The items were all in good condition. The delivery went quick and smooth. She was also quick to give us our deposit back which was much appreciated. Overall pleased with the service. I would recommend!

Well what can we say, we visited OTB, absolutely fell in love with the venue and the team and signed on the dotted line before we even got home or visited any other venues. From start to finish OTB staff were incredible, especially Lydia who hands down absolutely smashed her role as Wedding Coordinator. We had countless compliments for Lydia on the day and she is a true asset to the team. The venue itself is insane, so many of our guests commented on the day of how well everything worked. Nothing was ever too much and the day to night transition feels like you have two venues in one. If we could do it all again, we wouldn’t change a thing. We included the Bothy and utilised both the on site salon and glamping pods, all these additions just added to the wow factor and overall experience. Will 100000% be recommending this venue to all future couples, especially Ashleigh working in the industry. We at Kate and Kate love working here—the setting is gorgeous, and it offers such a personal touch to every wedding. If you’re after a venue that feels like a hidden treasure, Oak Tree Barn is a fabulous choice!

We had a wonderful Christmas wedding at Oak Tree Barn. Renee, Lydia, Theresa and the rest of the team were on hand to answer all our queries both in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. Having the venue for the whole weekend meant we had plenty of time to set up and decorate without any stress. We stayed in the Bothy with our family and enjoyed a lovely evening before the wedding. Plenty of space for up to 7 adults and a lovely master bedroom for the bride and groom. Also lots of space to ready separately on the morning of the wedding. We used caterers and a DJ recommended by Oak Tree who were both fantastic. Our favourite part of the venue was all the fairy lights and disco balls - it looked so magical. We can’t thank the team at Oak Tree enough for a perfect day and would recommend to any couples who want a relaxed wedding in a fun and rustic setting.

I had the sincere pleasure of capturing a beautiful wedding, here at Oak Tree Barns, in May 2024. As a local Kent photographer, it was a real treat to visit one of our county's most beautiful wedding venues. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Very well thought out and, clearly, very carefully and lovingly looked after. I must also praise the exceptional staff. The entire OTB team were incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. Everything a couple (and a fellow supplier!) could hope for on an otherwise busy wedding day! I very much look forward to returning and working alongside the fantastic staff at Oak Tree Barns again soon.

My daughter and I attended the Pumpkins and Pixie Dust event at Tonbridge Castle on Wednesday and I was blown away by how fabulous it was. The castle space was used brilliantly with immersive theatre at every turn, my daughter and her friend were 100% committed and involved with the storytelling! As always, all cast members were fantastic and interacted magically with the children. Such an unusual and unique event. I’m so glad we went, it was worth every penny. Thank you Once Upon A Wish for bringing the magic.

Wow and thank you! From the day I contacted Once Upon a Wish to the party, I have been exceptionally impressed so I just had to write a review. Jess went above and beyond to ensure the needs of my SEN daughter were going to be able to be accommodated for. She even gave a breakdown of the party, step by step , to share with her the evening before. On the day the lovely Freya arrived, Mae the Mermaid, a whole 15 minutes early and from the moment we opened the door she was incredible. She captured the attention of the girls within seconds and they were all hooked. The party ran smoothly and nothing we asked was too much - she was happy to adapt as and when the birthday girl wished (including a conga!) This was hands down the best birthday event my daughter has ever had and we will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much. One incredibly happy 6 year old!

Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. Cinderella was so impressively like the actual Cinderella - the hair, makeup, costumes are the best I’ve seen! And she was so wonderful with the kids, they all loved her. She was beautiful, kind, timely, fun, professional and all around just such a perfect addition to the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

We hired a church hall for an 18th, I was so fortunate to find Party Doctors. Brad was super helpful, engaged and supportive throughout the entire process. The lighting, DJ, draping of the hall - fantastic!! The guys were very polite & professional and worked throughout the evening on a tricky timescale…they were completely packed up on time. Well organised and very competent. Highly recommend this company.

Such an amazing event! Party Doctor took all the stress and worry out of arranging an 18th birthday party in my garden. They kept the kids safe and they had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

We used Party Doctors to help us with a joint 18th birthday party for our daughter and her two friends. They were fantastic. From the first enquiry to the event itself they were honest, helpful, accommodating, trustworthy, professional and reliable. We had 250 guests of varying ages and Party Doctors literally created a night club in our garden. Everything from the marquee, indoor and outdoor lighting, DJ, bar, bar staff, food, toilets and security they arranged for us which took away the stress and allowed us to really enjoy the evening with our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them - they honestly are all a pleasure to work with and know how to throw an unforgettable party !

I ordered some food for my 30th birthday gathering, and was very pleased with the food. All our guests loved the fried rice and the puff puff was gone very quickly! We are looking to order regular meals as well in the near future, as we’re very happy with the service & food.

Professional service right from start to finish. The EMW team kept in constant communication with me in the lead up to my event and presented the various options in which I could personalise my event. They took care of everything from the catering, to dj hire to set-up and decorations. In the end, I was surprised at how well the event turned out and it exceeded my expectations. My guests were able to testify to this. For this I am most grateful to the EMV team for all they have done!

Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕
