Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. Cinderella was so impressively like the actual Cinderella - the hair, makeup, costumes are the best I’ve seen! And she was so wonderful with the kids, they all loved her. She was beautiful, kind, timely, fun, professional and all around just such a perfect addition to the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

The Christmas grotto’s absolutely amazing, brings the magic of Christmas to life and brings so so much joy to all the children, incredible actors and staff and you can see so much hard works gone in to making it look incredible, Thank you soo so much to you all, you really made my two girls Christmas time so special, this is are second year coming and will definitely be coming back 😃🎄🤶🏼🎅🏼

My daughter and I attended the Pumpkins and Pixie Dust event at Tonbridge Castle on Wednesday and I was blown away by how fabulous it was. The castle space was used brilliantly with immersive theatre at every turn, my daughter and her friend were 100% committed and involved with the storytelling! As always, all cast members were fantastic and interacted magically with the children. Such an unusual and unique event. I’m so glad we went, it was worth every penny. Thank you Once Upon A Wish for bringing the magic.

From the initial meeting we had to discuss our plans and ideas, to the actual set up of our special day, Sam and Katie made it completely stress free. I used a touch of kent for my recent wedding in August. Both Sam and Katie where lovely to work with. The were quick to respond to questions and emails and communicated with our venue as well on our behalf. They took the time to meet with us and understand what we want for our wedding. We enjoying going into the show room and seeing ideas in person. They perfectly created my vision of bright summery colours.

We frequently use Bedecked to decorate our functions rooms at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club. They provide beautiful, high quality products and a fantastic service. We highly recommend them to be used for any occasion or event.

Super helpful and reasonably price. We used Bedecked for our Christmas Day set up. Sarah was great! She was super helpful, willing to help with our requirements and delivery and collection made it really easy. We will definitely be using again and would recommend Bedecked to anyone looking for tables and lovely chairs for events!

Sarah and team went above and beyond to make sure our event went without a hitch. Everything that was provided was high quality and left the site spotless afterwards. They were also able to source us extra things late in the day when things changed. Highly recommend.

Events Meets World provided delicious catering and outstanding venue set up for my wedding reception (180 guests). Highly recommended!

Professional service right from start to finish. The EMW team kept in constant communication with me in the lead up to my event and presented the various options in which I could personalise my event. They took care of everything from the catering, to dj hire to set-up and decorations. In the end, I was surprised at how well the event turned out and it exceeded my expectations. My guests were able to testify to this. For this I am most grateful to the EMV team for all they have done!

I ordered some food for my 30th birthday gathering, and was very pleased with the food. All our guests loved the fried rice and the puff puff was gone very quickly! We are looking to order regular meals as well in the near future, as we’re very happy with the service & food.

I had the sincere pleasure of capturing a beautiful wedding, here at Oak Tree Barns, in May 2024. As a local Kent photographer, it was a real treat to visit one of our county's most beautiful wedding venues. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Very well thought out and, clearly, very carefully and lovingly looked after. I must also praise the exceptional staff. The entire OTB team were incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. Everything a couple (and a fellow supplier!) could hope for on an otherwise busy wedding day! I very much look forward to returning and working alongside the fantastic staff at Oak Tree Barns again soon.

We at Kate and Kate love working here—the setting is gorgeous, and it offers such a personal touch to every wedding. If you’re after a venue that feels like a hidden treasure, Oak Tree Barn is a fabulous choice!

Well what can we say, we visited OTB, absolutely fell in love with the venue and the team and signed on the dotted line before we even got home or visited any other venues. From start to finish OTB staff were incredible, especially Lydia who hands down absolutely smashed her role as Wedding Coordinator. We had countless compliments for Lydia on the day and she is a true asset to the team. The venue itself is insane, so many of our guests commented on the day of how well everything worked. Nothing was ever too much and the day to night transition feels like you have two venues in one. If we could do it all again, we wouldn’t change a thing. We included the Bothy and utilised both the on site salon and glamping pods, all these additions just added to the wow factor and overall experience. Will 100000% be recommending this venue to all future couples, especially Ashleigh working in the industry. We had the most incredible wedding day at Oak Tree Barn in August 2024 (I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review). From the moment we stepped foot in the venue for a viewing, we knew that this was where we were meant to get married. Renee and the team made us feel so at home instantly and we fell in love with the venue itself. It really is breathtaking, even more so on the day! Prior to the wedding, the team could not be more accommodating, answering all of our questions and making suggestions based on the kind of vibe that we were going for. There was no ask too big or small. They really understand what people want to see at a wedding and use their experience to help you make decisions that make the day special. During set up, the team were on hand to support. Even when I had a small mental breakdown that the wrong serviceware was delivered, Renee stepped in to help figure it out and take away that pre-wedding stress, something that I truly appreciated. She really does care about making the weddings held at Oak Tree Barn perfect! On the day, they made us feel like celebrities. Special thanks go out to Lydia, our wedding coordinator, who found ways to give us special surprises throughout the day (our room reveal with The Function Band) that we were not planning to do, but has become one of my favourite memories from the day! I think the most special thing about this venue is that they are constantly learning from each wedding they do and adapt their venue to add more and more to what they offer (like the Soggy Salloon and the Disco balls that were installed as a feature the day before our wedding - which we adored!) We cannot wait to continue visiting year after year to celebrate our anniversary at OTB, and to reconnect with the amazing team. Renee, Lydia, Teresa and the whole OTB family, we cannot thank you enough!

Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. We could not have had our day without her support. Everyone needs a Charlotte for their wedding! Thank you again for helping to make it so special for us.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Working with the lovely Charlotte is always a great and stress free. She is organised and takes anything in her stride. I have worked with Charlotte on a number of occasions and always look forward to one of her weddings.

What a Blessing she was! She handled everything exceptionally well from the ceremony to the reception and kept me calm throughout the day. There was nothing she could not do, timely and professional from start to finish my wedding day ran smoothly and she was always on hand to assist me if I needed anything from her. Blessing is a fantastic event planner - especially for Nigerian weddings since she knows the needs of guests and she’s able to deal with issues as they come up and fix them on hand. My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. We had a fantastic stress free day and Blessing was with us from start to finish. All our guests were very complimentary of the service provided by Blessing. My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.
