Angie & her team are absolutely amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of ordering my daughter’s birthday balloons with Angie and although I have less than a week’s notice Angie made me 2 balloon stacks and a “2” balloon arrangement all in Paddington bear theme which all my party guests commented on. She even delivered them, nothing was too much trouble! I also work with Angie to create all of my acrylic cake menus for my wedding cakes, they always turn out beautifully and I can’t wait to see the next one she creates

Angie is amazing! She literally made any idea we had become reality saving us so much stress and time. We wanted something a bit different and she wasn’t in the slightest bit phased and everything fitted perfectly. The favour tags, table plan, guestbook and centre pieces were specially made for us. We just found a photo of something we liked and she had it made or we gave her an idea and she created it. The photos just don’t do her work justice. Thanks so much Angie for making life so easy! I can’t really find the words to describe how amazing our day was…but I’ll give it a good go! Pip and Kerry went above and beyond for us. It’s the most beautiful venue and all of our guests were stunned at how picturesque and perfect it all looked. It really is a hidden gem of a venue, made even better by the staff. Being able to use the beautiful, surrounding orchards for our couple shots has given us perfect photos that we will cherish forever. The range of caterers who we could choose from was amazing, and they did anything we wanted - we went for a Mexican themed meal! We made the day personal to us by decorating the tables ourselves and adding little touches throughout the day which made it even more special. We were able to bring in whichever suppliers we wanted, and we definitely made use of that! We also took advantage of The Night Yards prop hire which was so handy. If you’ve been lucky enough to find The Night Yard in your search for a wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book it - you really will have the most wonderful, surreal experience. The Night Yard was great choice for our wedding!!! The venue and staff were both excellent and accommodating. The venue has everything you need in it and makes it more intimate as everything is in one place but gives you room to move around. The staff, especially Kerry was excellent and gave us all the support we needed and more. I have left more of my views below – if you are considering getting married you should have a look. The wedding was of course great, but let me tell you about: THE VENUE Glasshouse - Really nice venue which matched everything we hoped for. It has a big glasshouse which is where our ceremony and wedding breakfast was held, it is large enough to cater for everyone and still have space for a DJ. Courtyard - It has a nice outside garden / courtyard where ceremonies can take place too, this is a big open space that latches on to the main glasshouse which means all your guests are in the same area (which means no wandering off guests). The kids loved the courtyard and played outside for lots of the time. The staff even put out games to entertain them (and adults too). Parking - lots of parking and you can leave your car overnight. Lockers – They also provide you with access to big lockers to store things in a couple days before which does help – we didn’t need to but it is useful to have. THE STAFF This was the other main reason we chose The Night Yard. On our first viewing of the venue Kerry was great and you can tell really loved her job, she explained everything and walked us around the venue and left no doubt in our mind that the staff really love to help. After we paid a deposit we harassed Kerry quite a lot and she was always happy to help, we went back to venue 2 or 3 times and she was very accommodating and supportive and gave lots of good advice. Honestly Kerry was great and she made everything so much easier. We would message or call her for queries regarding table clothes, and table layouts etc and she didn’t mind at all. The other staff were great too, Pip in particular who handled the drinks package was really nice and helped too. Unfortunately, Kerry wasn’t there to facilitate on the wedding day but we had Pip who performed well and made sure everything ran smoothly. All the other staff we came across were great too. They’re very accommodating, you can even bring pets. No problems at all with the staff. And Kerry went above and beyond. PACKAGES Food / Catering – our catering was actually really good and the food was really nice, but only bad side for me was the lack of choice for the caterers. The Night Yard have a selection from a few caterers to use which fits into your package but for us some wasn’t available on the day and we had a choice between only 2. It did work out well but I think they should have a larger choice (but then I suppose its what makes them good because they know their suppliers etc). External Caterers – you can bring your own external caterers in, but they will charge £500 to do this, however that option isn’t that bad if you have your own preferences as most caterers are very expensive (ours was!). OVERALL I 100% am happy with the venue and the service, the wedding was great and I had no issues or problems at all.

Our dreams came true. What a fabulous venue with the most lovely, accommodating team working on site. Our family and friends had the most special day and so did we. Was everything and more!! I sincerely enjoyed photographing a wedding at Wilderness in the summer of 2023. The team at Wilderness were incredibly friendly & helpful - I honestly couldn't fault them. The day ran superbly which is all a fellow wedding supplier could hope for! The venue's team were supportive, attentive and well-informed about the couple's plans/expectations which, ultimately, helped keep the day's events on track and everything running smoothly. Wilderness is a beautiful outdoor venue - perfect for couples looking for a wedding venue surrounded by trees, nature and woodland.

My husband and I got married 1st August 2024 and the day was truly unforgettable. We loved all of the pictures online on their website and couldn’t wait to book a viewing as soon as possible. As soon as we got to wilderness we fell in love with the venue and knew this was the one for us! The beautiful countryside setting was exactly what we were looking for. All of the staff were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, everyone is so friendly! Any questions we had they answered quickly and efficiently either via a quick phone call or email and made the whole process as easy and enjoyable as it could have been. Excel spread sheets are also sent to you to help plan everything as much as you like along with recommendations of other suppliers. We had a final planning meeting to finalise all the details as well as the day before our wedding we were able to go and set up everything and get ready with plenty of time. Once again the staff were all there the day before to help with anything we needed and to go over any final questions and details which made us feel so relaxed and ready for the big day! Our wedding day ran without fault and this is all due to the impeccable team all trying their best to make your day run smoothly. We cannot thank everyone at wilderness weddings enough for making our wedding day the best as it could have been and we will remember and treasure the beautiful memories forever. We had our wedding here in September 2024! What an incredible, special, different but magical place. All our guests were blown away by the venue. The staff were super helpful - from dealing with all our requests leading up to the day and helping us set up the day before. The the staff and event manager couldn't of been more perfect, friendly and fun on the actual day. This place will always be very special to us! Cannot recommend it enough.

We had our company Christmas do here this year. All of us that attended had the best time, made all the better by Keeley and her team. From the minute we arrived to time we left, we were thoroughly looked after by all of the staff at Chapel House. This ticked every box for us there was a lot of brilliant attention to detail that made a very memorable night that no doubt we will all remember for time to come. Chapel House Estate and the team were absolutely amazing! We knew from the first visit in 2022 (when it was still a building site!) that it was the one for us. We got married here back in June in the Old Malt Granary and it was the perfect location for us - the exposed brick and floor to ceiling windows were stunning. Every member the team was so helpful, especially Georgia who was our fabulous on-the-day co-ordinator! We did have a few issues with music during dinner but these were promptly rectified by the staff (with the help of the Head Chef's phone!). Everyone who came to our wedding was absolutely blown away from start to finish. Thank you so much for making our day everything we dreamed it would be! It will always hold a special place in our heart.

We recently had the honour of being part of the most amazing wedding, held at Chapel House Estate. Whilst we stayed offsite, the rooms and location were stunning and the team at Chapel House were fantastic. The function rooms, bars restaurants were all furnished to the highest standard with great decor. It's worth mentioning that I am in a wheelchair and therefore was very mindful that a venue as old as this may not be set up to be fully accessible...but whilst there was the odd step here and there the team were always one step ahead (so to speak!) in having portable ramps in place so I could get to all areas without any issues. We had the pleasure of returning for breakfast the following morning, which was probably one of the best I've had - top class. I'd especially like to say a huge thank you to the wedding team and to the venue transport driver who couldn't do enough to help...it was a truly wonderful day and they played a big part in that. I couldn't recommend Chapel House Estate any higher...simply fantastic!

I recently attended a Christmas party at this venue, and it was absolutely stunning! The decorations were beautiful and created the perfect festive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The live music was outstanding and added a special touch to the night. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion—it truly made the event unforgettable!

I would give 10 stars if possible! Ordered the brownie slab for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone said it was the best brownie they’d ever eaten! Just put my order in for my son’s birthday. What a stunning house! I recently stayed here with a group of 12 of us and it was perfect! We were welcomed by Ronnie the house manager as given a tour of the house and its history. Every room has been so lovingly renovated and is such a delight to stay in. Super comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms in every room! We had a fabulous dinner in the dining room, and the whole team took care of us so well! The house is lovely and warm, has stunning views from every window, a Sonos system and large wine cooler making for those amazing added touches. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We got married at Goodnestone on 3 June 2023. We had the most perfect day thank you to the venue itself, Ronnie (the house manager) and The Wedding Dolls (the day coordinators who come with the wedding package). The grounds themselves are absolutely stunning. The house is a perfect venue to enjoy the weekend with loved ones and to get ready. There are multiple options on ceremony location and the new Orangery is beautiful. We started the weekend with a BBQ for those staying at the house (cooked by our caterer Olivia at Just One Cook), had a fantastic wedding on the Saturday and made the most of Ronnie’s services for a cooked breakfast on the Sunday. The venue itself was incredible, but made all the more special by the fantastic service we received across the weekend. We couldn’t have wished for anymore! Thank you!

Goodnestone House is an outstanding venue for the quintessential English wedding, with a beautiful village church just a short walk away through idyllic gardens. Our weekend stay with houseguests for a family wedding in October was glorious from beginning to end. With their recommended suppliers, including the Wedding Dolls, we had a magical wedding with literally no stress, just joy and laughter, with everything taken care of by the Wedding Dolls and Ronnie (House Manager) and his team. A few guests said it was like attending a Hugh Grant wedding 😂💕 the setting and detailing were so beautiful. The not-so secret star of the show is Ronnie, as well as Judith and their amazing house team - our bridal dinner on Friday night was simply superb, with a menu curated and cooked by Ronnie and Judith, and breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday were so good no-one wanted to leave! Ronnie is a master of how hospitality should work. The house is gorgeous, and supremely comfortable, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and encouraged to run things as we wished. I only wish we could do it all over again.

Came across your day events whilst browsing instagram for my baby shower. I wanted something more then the traditional balloon arch to fit in more with my ‘country’ theme. Your Day Events delivered ! After sending across my initial ideas and enquiry everything was discussed from wording to specific palette colours and costing . Set up and install was done by the team , had so many compliments on the day and the guests loved the photo ops! Recommend and would use definitely use again for another event!

Our display created by Your Day Events was absolute perfection and completed our party theme. We requested pastel Pokémon and Gemma managed to source these adorable Pokémon pictures. The attention to detail was amazing and I’d highly recommend using Your Day for any parties or events! 🎈

I explained the theme I wanted “pink, floral Flopsy Bunny” and Jemma knew exactly what I would like and it was the loveliest suprise on the morning with extra details of fresh veg in the boxes, my name personalised on the sailboard & a picket fence - to name a few! Went to my nieces wedding. The setting was beautiful. Everything in one place the ceremony, which, luckily, the weather was kind to us, and they could exchange their vows outside. The 3 couse wedding breakfast was tasty, the evening fish and chips or burger and chips was a welcomed alternative to a buffet. The service and attention to detail spot on. Would recommend 👌

Where do I start with Winters Barns?! I absolutely love everything about this place! The barns themselves are rustic and perfect for any couple looking for a countryside wedding. The gardens and fields surrounding the venue make the perfect setting for couple time. Not forgetting all the lovely staff! They make the day run so smoothly and they are just the kindest people. We had the pleasure of getting married here mid May and we had the most perfect day! We cannot recommend Winters Barns enough. From the first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with it, all members of staff are so friendly and every little detail has been thought about. The layout of the venue is brilliant, giving everyone with different wants a space, plenty of seating outside, tables for dinner in their own room, sofas by the bar which is right next to the evening reception room meaning everything flowed brilliantly without people getting lost in the space. Through the whole process we were kept up to date and had regular communication. The team answers all my emails and questions promptly and a massive thank you goes to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was absolutely fantastic and faultless! Everything was so organised ahead of the day which was brilliant peace of mind for us. On the day everything ran so smoothly with nothing being too much for the team to do. We had several comments from guests about how brilliant the venue and staff were. They helped set up the space and ensured everything was packed away at the end of the night ready for us to take away from the store room the next day. The accommodation is lovely, as was breakfast the next day (to make perfect it would be nice if a fried breakfast could be served but this may be a caters decision). We honestly cannot recommend Winters Barns enough!

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout.
