Everything was just perfect, and they all took outstanding care of us. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, and it felt like such a blessing to make our vows on those lovely grounds. The cake and the spread at our candlelight meal were gorgeous, and the flowers and all the decorations provided were simply stunning. Fleur Challis also did an amazing job with our photographs and we now have an album full of precious memories we can treasure forever. We can't rate this team of professionals highly enough. The venue is stunning, the organisation and communication was first class right from the start, we booked it immediately on our first visit. Tania and Sam made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. The castle is so magical and the staff so welcoming going over and beyond our expectations. They were happy to accommodate our requests (we wanted our friend to conduct the ceremony who is a registrar). And to have our dog with us - he had a great wedding day! We had many WOW moments especially in the little details (roaring log fire /home made rose petal confetti / raspberries in our champagne) the elopement team made our day the best! The cake , flowers, decorations and food were exceptional. All our friends and family have loved seeing Fleur’s amazing photographs of our 50 shades of pink elopement at Westenhanger Castle 🏰 . We would highly recommend the elopement service they offer.

My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. I can’t really find the words to describe how amazing our day was…but I’ll give it a good go! Pip and Kerry went above and beyond for us. It’s the most beautiful venue and all of our guests were stunned at how picturesque and perfect it all looked. It really is a hidden gem of a venue, made even better by the staff. Being able to use the beautiful, surrounding orchards for our couple shots has given us perfect photos that we will cherish forever. The range of caterers who we could choose from was amazing, and they did anything we wanted - we went for a Mexican themed meal! We made the day personal to us by decorating the tables ourselves and adding little touches throughout the day which made it even more special. We were able to bring in whichever suppliers we wanted, and we definitely made use of that! We also took advantage of The Night Yards prop hire which was so handy. If you’ve been lucky enough to find The Night Yard in your search for a wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book it - you really will have the most wonderful, surreal experience. A perfect addition to our day. KC Weddings supplied the chiavari chairs for our wedding at Lympne Castle in April 2023. They were absolutely brilliant. We needed the chairs to be moved after the ceremony from the ceremony hall to the main hall and they were able to accomodate this without any problem. Arranging the details with KC was super easy and stress free and the chairs looked beautiful. I would highly recommend KC for any event. Thank you Team for adding your magic to our special day.

Marcus and Claire were really great. Responsive to emails and arranged chair delivery and collection with our venue without me having to ask! One less thing you have to worry about when planning a wedding. Chairs were also beautiful :)

Being a wedding photographer myself, being spoiled with all the gorgeous countryside, the super friendly team and some of the most scrummy food, always makes the Old Kent Barn such an amazing venue to photograph at. With so many different spots to explore for pictures, it's always quite the treat, and a space where I just love photographing wedding stories! A fantastic venue!!

Myself and my husband married at the Old Kent Barn in October and had the best day of our lives. The staff were amazing throughout the whole process from securing a date all the way to end day after the big day. Our wedding coordinator in particular Claire was just amazing and so helpful and resourceful. As well as all this the venue was stunning everywhere you look! We would highly recommend the venue to anyone!

We got married here in March and it was the most amazing wedding! The team here are just incredible from the minute we booked to the very end of the party they were so helpful and really nice to work with. They made planning the wedding so easy. The food is incredible and the drinks are reasonably priced. Every single one of our guests told us how incredible the venue was. Plus there is accommodation on site for yourselves and a handful of your wedding party which is another plus. Shoutout to our coordinator Chloe who was lovely! Best day ever!

From our first walk around at The Dreys, we knew this was the venue for our wedding. Jackie and Dave have gone above and beyond to create a hidden gem. As you walk through the woods you are blown away by what you see! The space itself is perfect! Having a seperate dining room and dance floor is great so nobody has to be hurried out. The woodlands themselves are beautiful! I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Thank you again to Jackie and Dave! The natural beauty of the space creates the perfect backdrop for a dream day, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team, including the wonderful Wedding Dolls. They ensured that every step of the planning process was seamless, making us feel completely at ease and allowing us to enjoy every moment. Kathleen, Joanne, Lou, Sarah, and Lauren were always there when we needed them, and their professionalism, attention to detail, and warmth were unmatched. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how well-organized the entire day was! The feasting menu was another standout feature – not only was the food absolutely delicious, but it also ensured no one left hungry. The Dreys has given us and our families some of the most precious memories, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Absolutely stunning venue, we had our wedding here and it was honestly perfect! Everyone was super helpful and friendly through the entire process of viewing, booking and organising. Everything has been thought of here for an outdoor venue and you'll be in very capable hands. We'll be back for a Sunday roast ASAP!

We used Thanetians for our works annual dinner for around 80 people on Friday 7 June 2019. Our theme was “The Great Gatsby” and we could not fault Thanetians they did a fantastic job in decorating our 8 tables in a black and gold theme. They really listened to what we wanted and made any additions along the way and made the room look fantastic. We were at St Augustine’s in Westgate-on-Sea and we had the Chapel. The tables looked stunning with big ostrich feathers and tall vases with led lights around the top. The table and chairs covers looked amazing really did take our breath away when we walked into the room. Thank you Nikki and Amanda for making our annual dinner brilliant.

We had the pleasure of getting married here mid May and we had the most perfect day! We cannot recommend Winters Barns enough. From the first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with it, all members of staff are so friendly and every little detail has been thought about. The layout of the venue is brilliant, giving everyone with different wants a space, plenty of seating outside, tables for dinner in their own room, sofas by the bar which is right next to the evening reception room meaning everything flowed brilliantly without people getting lost in the space. Through the whole process we were kept up to date and had regular communication. The team answers all my emails and questions promptly and a massive thank you goes to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was absolutely fantastic and faultless! Everything was so organised ahead of the day which was brilliant peace of mind for us. On the day everything ran so smoothly with nothing being too much for the team to do. We had several comments from guests about how brilliant the venue and staff were. They helped set up the space and ensured everything was packed away at the end of the night ready for us to take away from the store room the next day. The accommodation is lovely, as was breakfast the next day (to make perfect it would be nice if a fried breakfast could be served but this may be a caters decision). We honestly cannot recommend Winters Barns enough!

Where do I start with Winters Barns?! I absolutely love everything about this place! The barns themselves are rustic and perfect for any couple looking for a countryside wedding. The gardens and fields surrounding the venue make the perfect setting for couple time. Not forgetting all the lovely staff! They make the day run so smoothly and they are just the kindest people. Went to my nieces wedding. The setting was beautiful. Everything in one place the ceremony, which, luckily, the weather was kind to us, and they could exchange their vows outside. The 3 couse wedding breakfast was tasty, the evening fish and chips or burger and chips was a welcomed alternative to a buffet. The service and attention to detail spot on. Would recommend 👌

It was great for my team and I to visit Winters Barns recently for a fun filled wedding day. The barn is decorated in a great rustic style meaning additional decor isn't needed and really sits well for sustainability and simplicity. We loved exploring the outside spaces and enjoying the pockets of space around the venue. Look forward to heading back soon

My husband and I got married at this unique venue June 2019 and what a wonderful special time we had. The lead up to the wedding was enjoyable and relaxed due to Kirsty. She made us feel special and couldn't do enough for us. We had the most magical day, the venue is stunning, the team were lovely and nothing was too much bother. We enjoyed fish and chips, the carousel and finished off with dancing into the night with a band on the stage. It was just pure magical.

Fabulous and amazing wedding, such fun, very relaxed and the day was 100% how we wanted it. Initially planned for June 2020 however for reasons we all know, the date had to be moved. Nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty, she ooze's weddings and making sure you get everything you want out of your day! She truly is a delight, chilled and very funny! Moving the the date to September 2020 was an easy transition with Kirsty's help, ensuring that we had the most amazing day in the most spectacular venue. Would love to use your services again, however my husbands pretty fab as well so unfortunately I won’t be needing you again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We booked with JMC events for our wedding in July 2023 at Winters Barns. We booked about 18 months in advance and throughout the whole wedding planning both Kelli & Jack have been really helpful. Answering any questions we had and helping us choose what would be best for our special day. We went ahead with the evening DJ, dancing on clouds for our first dance, uplighters for the venue and evening photography. Everything was just perfect! I couldn’t imagine our first dance without the dancing on clouds and the uplighters just looked lovely in the venue. We really likes the idea of the confetti cannon but unfortunately our venue wouldn’t allow this. We decided to book the confetti cannon for our gender reveal and it was amazing so if your venue would allow this I would highly recommend! We also had the flower wall for the gender reveal too which was perfect for photos! Everything from start to finish was so well organised and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you so much for helping us make that part of our day so special. We can’t wait for future parties where we will Definitely book with you again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

JMC Events made our wedding day fabulous. They were professional to work with, flexible with our requirements and struck the right tone with the music choice. It was an amazing party!
