Where do I start with Winters Barns?! I absolutely love everything about this place! The barns themselves are rustic and perfect for any couple looking for a countryside wedding. The gardens and fields surrounding the venue make the perfect setting for couple time. Not forgetting all the lovely staff! They make the day run so smoothly and they are just the kindest people. Went to my nieces wedding. The setting was beautiful. Everything in one place the ceremony, which, luckily, the weather was kind to us, and they could exchange their vows outside. The 3 couse wedding breakfast was tasty, the evening fish and chips or burger and chips was a welcomed alternative to a buffet. The service and attention to detail spot on. Would recommend 👌

All of the team, admin, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners, coordinators, literally everyone in the team are awesome and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had the pleasure of getting married here mid May and we had the most perfect day! We cannot recommend Winters Barns enough. From the first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with it, all members of staff are so friendly and every little detail has been thought about. The layout of the venue is brilliant, giving everyone with different wants a space, plenty of seating outside, tables for dinner in their own room, sofas by the bar which is right next to the evening reception room meaning everything flowed brilliantly without people getting lost in the space. Through the whole process we were kept up to date and had regular communication. The team answers all my emails and questions promptly and a massive thank you goes to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was absolutely fantastic and faultless! Everything was so organised ahead of the day which was brilliant peace of mind for us. On the day everything ran so smoothly with nothing being too much for the team to do. We had several comments from guests about how brilliant the venue and staff were. They helped set up the space and ensured everything was packed away at the end of the night ready for us to take away from the store room the next day. The accommodation is lovely, as was breakfast the next day (to make perfect it would be nice if a fried breakfast could be served but this may be a caters decision). We honestly cannot recommend Winters Barns enough!

My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. We had a fantastic stress free day and Blessing was with us from start to finish. All our guests were very complimentary of the service provided by Blessing. I would highly recommend Blessing to anyone looking for an event planner / designer, as she works tirelessly to ensure your dreams come true.

My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

What a Blessing she was! She handled everything exceptionally well from the ceremony to the reception and kept me calm throughout the day. There was nothing she could not do, timely and professional from start to finish my wedding day ran smoothly and she was always on hand to assist me if I needed anything from her. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. There is no way we could of had our day run without a glitch without Charlotte and her team! I cannot thank her or recommend highly enough!

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable service, definitely consider Pretty Events Co.

We had our wedding on the 29.10.2024 at Quex and the whole day was truly magical. This was made possible by the incredible staff at Quex, particularly Molly orchestrating the team that day. We were able to contact both Molly and Laura during the build up to the wedding. They both answered my many emails and questions, almost instantly after I’d sent them. They have been so accommodating and encouraging us to view the venue when needed, alongside giving us the time to decorate the space and have a rehearsal the day before. It was these sort of details which made the process really positive and enjoyable. As I am someone who likes to plan in detail this was so reassuring and they both really helped to put me at ease, which meant I was really calm on the big day! Both Molly and Laura are so friendly and approachable and made the day run so smoothly. Thank you so much to Weddings at Quex, I highly recommend this as a venue!

Chic Weddings did the bouquets, buttonholes/lapels & venue styling for my daughter & new son-in-law's wedding on 20th July 2024. The top table flowers & hand tied bouquets on each table were gorgeous. Lots of comments about the bride & bridesmaids bouquets which were absolutely stunning. The tables had silver crackle vases & tea light holders on them, & we had a sheer curtain backdrop against the window behind the top table to frame it. I can highyly recommend Chic Weddings, the team are warm, friendly & very helpful; they reply quickly to calls & emails, the whole planning process was smooth & stress free. Wonderful, thank you!

Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. Wow, what a fantastic venue! We fell in love with Preston Court the moment we viewed it and having our wedding here was the best decision we ever made! The place is just truly magical. It's cool, quirky, the grounds are beautiful and Jess, Isaac and the team made sure the whole day ran smoothly from start to finish. We celebrated our wedding at Preston Court in May - what a beautiful and magnificent place to get married! Not only is the setting stunning, but what really makes it is the amazing team. Before the day Jess was brilliant, answering our many, many questions, nothing seemed too much trouble, and she definitely put us at ease. The whole process, which can seem overwhelming was made so much easier with their help, and they really do think of everything! On the day Jess and Nuta (and the rest of the team) were fantastic, making sure everything was set-up and in place, and even holding umbrellas so we didn’t get soaked. We also had a live band and there were no issues with them performing with the sound limiter, they sounded great! Even with the rain we had a perfect day, the carousel was so much fun and the barn is gorgeous. We had so many comments from guests about the venue. We are so grateful to Preston Court, thank you!

I could talk for hours about how fantastic everything at Preston Court was but I’ll run through the highlights. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, with every little detail considered. The team all brought their A-game! Jess who was corresponding with us in the lead-up was helpful and attentive. The coordinators on the day Emma and Dawn were fantastic, knowing the stresses we would be going through and taking all the responsibility away from us to let us enjoy our day. They knew the vibe we wanted to create and matched it perfectly. Lizzy was a dream! Professional but so friendly, I don’t think we ever heard a single “no” to a request. I cannot give them high enough praise! The whole team at Preston Court were there at every step of the process but never felt like they were getting in the way. All our guests were amazed by the venue, the carousel, the food, and the vibes. Thank you Preston Court, you were the perfect choice!
