Fantastic venue, a hidden gem, we had all day friday to set up, all day Sunday to clear up, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

My son’s wedding took place in June and we had a fabulous experience! We were able to book our own catering, stage decorators and use our own table decorations. We had 250 guests & Saf gave us really good ideas about table accommodation, layouts & provided us with hired toilet facilities which were top notch. Parking for guests was free, very easy & close to the marquee but didn’t intrude. We also booked an ice cream van which Saf was happy for us to bring onto the grounds. The marquee itself was beautifully set up, looked fantastic in the sunshine & gave our event such a special but also informal feel. Our guests really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere! All in all a very unique venue, set in a secluded but easy to get to, picturesque area of Medway. The whole planning process was made easier as Saf was very flexible. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back!!

Great party venue for our big birthday celebration. We had the freedom of the estate and our guests loved the vastness of the site. Saf and his team provided us all the tools we needed to be a great host. Plenty of parking available with a parking attendant on site to ensure everyone parked safely. Site was clean and the toilets were the real surprise. Clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this venue for all your parties, weddings and receptions.

Saf provided an amazing blank canvas allowing us to create our own completely unique wedding. It was fantastic. He was on hand constantly to assist with any issues that we encountered. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.

I recently completed the 1:1 course in Wedding Planning & Business marketing. I was very impressed with how the course was structured. I was given 8 books which I read before the 1:1 session which I found to be incredibly detailed & informative. The 1:1 session was engaging and I really enjoyed Pippa's teaching style. I found Pippa to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the wedding industry and how I could work to develop my business and succeed. I really appreciated the time Pippa took to help me work on my branding and develop a realistic business plan. I would definitely recommend the WPS and I feel confident to begin my journey as a wedding planner.

They are amazing!! I want to say a huge thank you to Pippa and the entire wedding planning team!! Our wedding day would not have gone HALF as smooth as it did without the amazing team for organising everything and being so helpful the whole way through! We wouldn’t have had the incredible day we did have without their help, I can’t begin to describe how amazing you all were. Everyone was talking about how perfect the day was and how smooth it all went, the team really were the cogs that made the day go so well! I would 10/10 recommend!!! Pippa came in and saved the day so many times!! Everyone was there the day before and the day after they set the venue and church up and we’re absolutely amazing, I cannot sing their praises enough!!! From delivering our wedding flowers to us in the morning, to actually making the bridesmaids bouquets& groomsmen boutonnières (pics included)!!!! And setting up the barn, they are all so amazing! I want to say thank you for the wonderful wedding planning course. The course was incredibly informative and practical, and I feel I’ve learned so much! I appreciated how hands-on it was, allowing us to practice what ‘we learned. The day wedding coordination was particularly amazing as it gave me a taste of what it’s like to work on a real wedding. It was a fantastic opportunity to see everything come together and made me more excited about becoming a wedding planner. Pippa & Amber managed to create a supportive learning environment and were there to answer questions and offer guidance. I attended the course in May 2023. It was fantastic! Pippa and her team are so knowledgeable and you learn so much. I can't recommend this course enough if you're serious about a career in weddings planning. I did so much research into courses and you won't find a more comprehensive, more enjoyable course.

We met James at a wedding fair. He quickly organised for us to visit the property and we fell in love with it. Communication with James was amazing. I asked him SO many questions, many outside work hours, he was always ready to help with answers. He made us feel at ease. Our guests all commented on the uniqueness of the venue. We really can’t thank Your Events Group enough & Your Bar & Grill. James & Dean, your were the perfect choice to make Sophie’s wedding complete. The draping was magical and transformed the hall, the bar was perfect and I can’t tell you all the compliments we had about the BBQ and evening buffet. “Best sandwiches they’d ever tasted!” was just one! We hired your events for our wedding and from start to finish the team couldn't have been more helpful. They replied to emails promptly, answered all my questions, and made arranging everything very easy. On the day James and the team were amazing, they arrived before us and helped with decorations that had fallen, set up the music and were so so friendly. During the day they served the delicious food promptly, we're so chatty and friendly to all the guests, the bar staff were amazing, the bar was stocked brilliantly and had everything my guests wanted. Booking your events group for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! What a service they provide! They were fantastic and so lovely on the lead up to the big day and on the day it's self. The food was beautiful and I've heard nothing but good things from our guests. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. There is no way we could of had our day run without a glitch without Charlotte and her team! I cannot thank her or recommend highly enough!

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. Chic Weddings did the bouquets, buttonholes/lapels & venue styling for my daughter & new son-in-law's wedding on 20th July 2024. The top table flowers & hand tied bouquets on each table were gorgeous. Lots of comments about the bride & bridesmaids bouquets which were absolutely stunning. The tables had silver crackle vases & tea light holders on them, & we had a sheer curtain backdrop against the window behind the top table to frame it. I can highyly recommend Chic Weddings, the team are warm, friendly & very helpful; they reply quickly to calls & emails, the whole planning process was smooth & stress free. Wonderful, thank you!

Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked. Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. We recently had the pleasure of having Kayleigh and her team do some decor for my daughter’s wedding. Working in events myself I was a little picky with choosing someone to do what I consider to be an extremely important part of any celebration! We met with Kayleigh and I knew straight away she understood my daughter’s vision. I also gave Kayleigh the not so easy task of creating a disco ball canopy in the orangery at the venue my daughter had chosen. They absolutely smashed it! It was the talking point of the wedding breakfast. The signage they provided was perfect and the many candles were stunning. Kayleigh was easy to work with and I’d highly recommend using this company.

Brilliant company! (To say the least) I booked these gorgeous chairs a few days before Christmas. The chairs were dropped off on Christmas eve.
