Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.

I have been working with Northstar for over 15 years in a professional capacity. They are ALL extremely pleasant and helpful, their knowledge is second to none, as a landlord my properties are often left in a less than ideal condition but they never complain they just get on with it and the results are always 10/10. I use them for all of my work and recommend them to friends and business associates. The carpet cleaning is exceptional and there have been times when I thought I would have to replace the carpets but after a Northstar visit they are as good as new which is a great saving for my business. Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.

Ian, is brilliant! He is professional, friendly, caring and helpful. I have never had a dry clean carpet clean before but it was very good and you can walk on the carpet straight away. Pile come back up and it is soft to walk on again. Will use Ian again and highly recommend. Sam

Ian did such an incredible job! His system managed to remove black slime, make up and a coffee stain from light carpets on an end of tenancy clean. The best thing is the dry cleaning system left it 100% dry so the new tenants were able to move straight in without drying time. He was so knowledgeable and personable, would 100% recommend and will always use him in future.

Ian did a wonderful job doing an end tenancy for my sister. A carpet that we had always thought as brown came up grey, we always had rugs on it as we did not like the colour. Ian took the stress of this cleaning job and we coukdn't thank him enough. We would recommend him for his excellent work, his always happy nature and his above and beyond ability to fit into my hectic day while he just got on cleaned and quietly let me know when he was going to finish so i could organise to meet up and collect the keys. Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery! I have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks again.

I have the most impossible colour to maintain for my carpets when comes about traffic stain. And for who doesn't know this, as thicker the carpet is as obvious the traffic wear and stain will be. For the past 4 years I've tryed numerous methods to clean them myself and failed miserably. My last try was calling professionals and steeam clean before I give up, I thought this could be an expensive "no difference", however for first time I can say they are clean and smell clean! ☺️ Amy and Wes were very helpful and nice... Of course in terms of the wear.... It will still be obvious unfortunately is just cleaning no magic. But I am absolutely confident I'll call them back few times before I through my carpets away. Thank you very very much!!!

Sarah and her team were fantastic! From the beginning Sarah was communicative and helpful, and was so accommodating with a last minute date change. We booked a move in clean for a very old property that needed a lot of work to make it safe for a baby to live in, and Sarah was so diligent in the quality of the clean, coming back after the scheduled clean to finish bits off. So happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough. We won’t hesitate to use their regular clean service in the future. We have used Broomsticks on various projects over the past year and have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. Communication is spot on and we have always received a first-class service on every one of our projects they have cleaned. They were recently appointed on one of our school refurbishment projects and the client was blown away by the shine they managed to create on some well used existing art sink units and how clean the team managed to get the existing electrical trunking. It was such a treat to have Claire and Tegan come and do a deep clean of our home. I've not been able to keep on top of things recently due to a broken ankle and it needed some serious attention and sparkle - I was so embarrassed at the state of it. They both worked incredibly hard and super efficiently, restoring the house back to its former glory. The attention to detail was amazing and I no longer feel embarrassed. The booking process was super quick, both Claire and Tegan were really friendly and so many extra special touches really make this a 5* service. I had my carpets cleaned today by the lovely Stacey and they look amazing. I was shocked to see the amount of dirt that has built up over the years 😳 I clean my hard floors every day and whilst the carpets get hoovered daily they are not being cleaned. I can highly recommend Cleansed👍

Stacey and her company kept my house sparkling clean while it was on the market for sale. Always getting round before a viewing to make sure it looked and smelt amazing!
