After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.

The team were very professional. They cleaned a 30 year old roof and removed some stubborn stains. They had difficulty accessing a part of the roof that the cherry picker couldn’t reach, they came back the following day with a larger machine and finished the job thoroughly. Highly recommend this company.

Ian, is brilliant! He is professional, friendly, caring and helpful. I have never had a dry clean carpet clean before but it was very good and you can walk on the carpet straight away. Pile come back up and it is soft to walk on again. Will use Ian again and highly recommend. Sam

Ian did such an incredible job! His system managed to remove black slime, make up and a coffee stain from light carpets on an end of tenancy clean. The best thing is the dry cleaning system left it 100% dry so the new tenants were able to move straight in without drying time. He was so knowledgeable and personable, would 100% recommend and will always use him in future.

Ian did a wonderful job doing an end tenancy for my sister. A carpet that we had always thought as brown came up grey, we always had rugs on it as we did not like the colour. Ian took the stress of this cleaning job and we coukdn't thank him enough. We would recommend him for his excellent work, his always happy nature and his above and beyond ability to fit into my hectic day while he just got on cleaned and quietly let me know when he was going to finish so i could organise to meet up and collect the keys. It was such a treat to have Claire and Tegan come and do a deep clean of our home. I've not been able to keep on top of things recently due to a broken ankle and it needed some serious attention and sparkle - I was so embarrassed at the state of it. They both worked incredibly hard and super efficiently, restoring the house back to its former glory. The attention to detail was amazing and I no longer feel embarrassed. The booking process was super quick, both Claire and Tegan were really friendly and so many extra special touches really make this a 5* service. We have used Broomsticks on various projects over the past year and have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. Communication is spot on and we have always received a first-class service on every one of our projects they have cleaned. They were recently appointed on one of our school refurbishment projects and the client was blown away by the shine they managed to create on some well used existing art sink units and how clean the team managed to get the existing electrical trunking. I asked Mrs Brilliant for an end of tenancy clean in my flat in Maidstone where I lived with a flatmate for almost 3 years. I don’t even need to mention the state of the flat where two full time students spent most of their time trying to pass their final exams. I have no idea ow they did the cleaning but the end result was impressive! My apartment was spotless; I almost didn’t recognise it. Much better than when I got it. Mrs Brilliant has done a wonderful job in our flat. As full-time students, we only had a little time on our hands to maintain a certain standard of cleanliness and were afraid of losing our deposit. My kitchen looks like new. Everything taken out of cupboards and cleaned. Checked with me first but only put back things that were in date. Outside doors all cleaned. Floors swept and washed, we have tiled floors. Lounge and other rooms dusted and vacuumed, skirting boards cleaned. Today Ernie came to disconnect take out and fit my new dishwasher. He and the ladies that came are from Lithuania. They worked so hard without stopping. Wouldn't even stop for a drink. Well done to them

Our solar panels needed a good clean so we wanted an experienced cleaning company able to safely access the solar panels on the house roof. We also wanted our patio and drive cleaning . We found Pro Team Cleaning and Tom made the sensible suggestion that they could also do a clean of the roof tiles which hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Tom and Toby did a great job. The house roof and garage roof look like new and make the whole house look so much better. Thanks for a great job – will definitely use Pro Team Cleaning again.

First time using ProTeam Cleaning, and very impressed. The team was courteous, respectful of the property, and friendly. The equiment they bring for the job is top notch. After the job was done, they showed me before and after detailed pictures of the gutters on their phone. And the fascias/soffits had found their original white colour again. Paid by card on the spot, and received a copy of the invoice and the photos next day—no fuss on that side, very straightforward and efficient. I will definitively use this business again.

I had Pro Team cleaning Ltd, in to clean my Patio at the rear of my property, we ended up being that impressed with the service i had all my front driveway cleaned along with all the hung tiles on the front of my house. I have just finished a complete refurbishment on the property so you can imagine the mess the builders left on my front drive, Pro Team have exceeded my expectations, and brought everything up like a brand new (drive and patio, windows, tiles.) I have also signed up to have my windows cleaned every six weeks. I also had all my fascias and soffits cleaned. It makes such a change to use a company that are so driven on doing a fantastic job and looking after there customers. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone.
