Went to see Vicki today for a treatment and blow dry, 1st time of going there after being with the same hairdresser for 26 years. Absolutely loved it very friendly and done a great Job, booked for a couple of weeks time for cut & colour

Lovely Lara always smiling. I go with my sister to get our hair cut. My sister has hers coloured as well. We're always seen on time and get a cup of tea straightaway. Both of us pleased with the result. Parking is outside in courtyard. Would recommend .

I’ve been getting my hair done by Sophie for the last 6 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to do my hair. She is extremely talented and professional. Sophie was recommended to me when I was looking for a hairdresser for my wedding. She did an incredible job! Since then, I’m quite addicted to my visits to Sophie’s salon! Sophie takes a personal interest every time. Her knowledge and advice have been especially helpful as I have been making the transition (during lockdown) from colored hair to grey. A subtle use of highlights has given my hair a much more soft and natural look. Over the years I have never been disappointed, I always leave her salon delighted.

Sophie has been cutting my hair for many years and despite moving away from our local area, I am still drawn back to her, making the 45 minute car journey to see her. She is friendly and listens to what you want, whilst advising what could work better to suit your hair type. Highly recommend.

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

She works quickly and professionally, she has a fantastic way with children putting them at ease and producing Fantastic results. , I always leave feeling a valued customer. Great, friendly, local place for ladies and gents to get a Covid safe hair cut at a decent and reasonable price. Make sure you call in and make a booking as there could be times when all their slots are fully booked up. Friendly staff and real hair experts too. I really enjoyed my experience of having my hair cut there for the first time since i left Moscow in June. Thanks ladies, I will be back too get my hair cut with you again soon.

The ladies are very friendly and give good advice. If you have issues with your hair, they will be honest, professional and helpful. If you ask for half an inch trim, they only cut half an inch off... not like other salons that ask you what you want and then do the opposite!!

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. If I could give a higher rating I would. Charmaine is amazing at what she does as well as being polite, professional and making it a very personal experience every time you visit. All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.
