I Iove this salon. I have a girl called Georgia do my nails. Nothing is too much for her she always chooses/recommends my colours. And I always come out smiling. The whole team is amazing. They all seemed to be friendly chatty and smiling all the time. Highly recommended 😃😄

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. Charlotte put my hair up for my son's wedding. We had a trial session the week before. Charlotte understood exactly how I wanted to look and got it right first time so I felt very confident when I went back on the day. It was a great experience. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. The up do lasted all day and night and I received countless compliments about it. Thank you Charlotte. You're a star !

Sophie takes a personal interest every time. Her knowledge and advice have been especially helpful as I have been making the transition (during lockdown) from colored hair to grey. A subtle use of highlights has given my hair a much more soft and natural look. Over the years I have never been disappointed, I always leave her salon delighted.

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! I recently began a laser treatment course at this salon, and I’m truly impressed! Having visited several other salons over the years, I’ve never experienced results as remarkable as I have here, especially after just two sessions. It's clear that the salon has invested in top-of-the-line equipment, which has made all the difference. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, especially Lydia, who performed my laser treatment. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

I have been visiting Kiri's for over a year now. Kiri has the most amazing staff who make you feel so welcome and their treatments are fantastic too. I go to Alex for my eyelash extensions and to Lily for my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Alex is the best eyelash technician that I have ever found. You feel totally relaxed whilst having the treatment and they last! Lily does the best nails and has the bubbliest personality. She has also been giving my teenage daughter facials who suffers with acne. The facial treatments have made a real difference to my daughter's skin and confidence. Then there is Robyn who is the loveliest receptionist who always makes you feel welcome x

A huge shout out to Katie. My daughter and I had travelled from California to attend a family wedding in Kent. We needed our hair done first thing in the morning in order to make it to the wedding on time. Katie went out of the way to accommodate us before the studio’s normal opening hours. She gave us soft curls and fixed our fascinators that stayed in place all day. Her hair styling was the perfect look for an English summer wedding. I would recommend Coachman’s Cottage Studio and Katie to anyone looking for excellent hair styling service.
