I've never been so satisfied with a haircut before, genuinely. I think it was Chloe who cut my hair. She was a lovely girl and something about her made me feel really at ease. She literally did exactly what I asked for and for the first time in years I've come away from a salon happy! I've booked another appointment with her in a few months. I would recommend her and this salon to absolutely anyone.

Always love coming to Number Nine, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, my hair not only looks great but Sam ensures it keeps it's health. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I visited De luxe skin and beauty clinic on January and I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very professional and confident in the answers to my questions while carrying out my consultation, the therapist was very friendly, caring and reassuring while carrying out my lazer hair removal. The room that my treatment was in was beautiful and clean. The clinic as a whole is lovely giving both a welcomming yet very professional feel. I will 100% be recommending them to my friends and will be back for sure. X

For years, I’d been traveling miles to see another hairdresser, but I felt they had become complacent and weren’t really listening to what I wanted anymore. From the moment I met Ashley, I knew he was the right match for me. He took the time to truly listen and understand my needs. I have a chronic hair condition that leaves my hair thin and unable to grow, which has always impacted my confidence. When I shared my concerns with Ashley, he listened with such care and empathy. I walked into the salon feeling vulnerable, but I walked out feeling like the most confident version of myself. Ashley is nothing short of amazing. He made me feel so special, and the transformation was incredible. For some, hair might seem superficial, but when you don’t have much of it, it can be deeply upsetting. To leave the salon with a beautiful head of hair was such a confidence boost. Ashley is an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who truly listens, understands, and delivers, look no further! I can’t recommend him enough.

Had to move back to Wales currently but I still come to Kent to have my hair done by Ashley, as he is so great with colour correction, bleach and also gets the layers really nice. He is also super fast! I have lots of hair, very long and am naturally dark and have a lot.of platinum highlights without the condition being damaged

I have been going to Pure Beauty for many years now; their treatments are wonderful, and they evolve their offerings to adapt to changes in the industry. My favourite treatments are LVL, facials and gel pedicures. I regularly have my nails done and they always last really well! What's kept me there is that all of the girls are genuinely kind and lovely 😍 and with an out of town location, parking is easy and they offer late nights a few times a week too which is great.

I've been going to Pure Beauty for many years now and mainly see Bronte but all of the girls are lovely. Bronte is amazing at pretty much everything and she's the only person I'll ever go to for waxing! I've recently started taking my 16 year old daughter there too and she loves the hot chocolate before her appointment and is now obsessed with her perfect eye brows and has asked about having regular facials too. Cannot recommend this salon and Bronte highly enough.

What a lovely experience!! An online promotion persuaded me to try The Oast salon today and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I arrived (early) Danni was welcoming and attentive. She listened to what I explained I would like as a cut and then took me through for the shampoo. A lovely chair massage and a really theraputic hair wash and head massage made me feel very relaxed. A lovely latte and biscuits whilst Danni cut and styled my hair added to the experience. She took lots of time to ensure I liked the cut as she was trimming and styled my hair beautifully. My hair hasn't looked so good in a long time! I highly recommend the salon and in my experience, Danni as a lovely young lady and a super stylist. Great price and worth every penny! Many thanks, I WILL be back!

Have been seeing the lovely Natalie since last year and would 100% recommend her and this beautiful salon. The experience of being here is very welcoming and friendly and never feels intimidating or that you are 'in the way' as I have experienced before in other hairdressers. I live in Whitstable and will happily travel across Kent to go here. And Natalie is just simply awesome. Always does exactly what I have asked for or suggests an alternative if what I have asked for wouldn't work with my hair type - which I really appreciate. Kerry does my hair, she's brilliant, the cut is always fabulous and Kate does my nails - honestly, there's no one better. My nails always look amazing. We are so lucky to have Phase in Lenham, I would travel miles to have my hair & nails done here!!
