I can’t believe how much she remembers from each visit and if you replicate that across all her clients nothing short of A* service. I always leave feeling great and I am so pleased to hear she has been promoted recently. Look forward to our next cut. Been getting my hair done for a couple of years now by a lovely lady named Lou and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. Her knowledgeable she carries is unmatched and her skills to execute exactly what you ask for is unbelievable even when it seems impossible! Never loved my hair as much as I do now. The salon is also lovely and clean and never once have I felt uncomfortable to be in there with everyone. The girls are so friendly and helpful and clearly enjoy working there which is great to see. Cannot recommend them enough!

My fist assignment and test I did at SB hair & beauty was the dermatitis protection and prevention assessment , I had so much support and help from the girls. They understood my struggles and helped build my confidence and understanding about dermatitis as well as making it fun. With me doing this test it will help me achieve my level 2 hair and dressing qualification.

Just had full head of foil colours with Sharon. The colours are beautiful, I am incredibly happy. She is an amazing hairdresser. Looking at the others, they are too. So pleased I’ve found them and I totally recommend them , especially if you have lost confidence or need any disasters sorting out, this is the place to go to. Superb 😊

I haven't had a single hair cut I haven't loved and their ability to deliver gives me the confidence to try different styles instead of going for the same cut each time. I would recommend The Crop Shop to everyone. Sue is great at keeping up with all the latest trends and techniques. So, when I send through photos of Margot Robbie asking for 'hair just like that' she absolutely nails it. Nothing is too big of an ask at The Crop Shop and I trust them to do best by me and my hair.

I take my elderly mother here for a cut and style. The staff are wonderful and really look after my mum. If she needs the toilet (which is upstairs and not accessible to mum) they take her to the shop next door. They are just lovely people who provide mum with an excellent pamper session. Highly trained and talented team. Love going here, from the girls on reception, the friendly juniors and the extremely talented stylists, all make you feel welcome and special. Never fail to come out of here without a smile on my face. Also visit Kirsty the nail guru here, she is amazing. My Gel Bottle nails last for ages, loads of colour choices too Nearly forgot to mention, they have air conditioning too! A godsend in this hot weather.

Today I have been truly spoilt at Shine. I was welcomed with a big smile & made to feel comfortable immediately. I found the consultation to be friendly, relaxed yet professional, which demonstrated their knowledge & experience. These ladies are artists. I was very comfortable throughout, with offers of multiple drinks whilst in the salon. I even got to relax in a reclining chair whilst having my hair washed & head massaged, such a treat! I arrived at Shine with dull, ugly hair that needed attention. I left feeling amazing with a new colour & lovely waves that looked so natural. I felt 10 years younger with the biggest smile. I have already booked my next appointment. Everyone in Shine was smart, smiley & chatty, a really lovely experience. Thank you!

I went to Caroline for a full head of highlights and a cut. I was so happy when I left the salon. Caroline took a lot of care and precision while cutting my hair into an angled bob. Such a fantastic cut and colour, thank you! I felt so relaxed in the salon, surrounded by friendly staff. I got to just sit back for a few hours and I enjoyed a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! All round a great experience and I can highly recommend Q Hairdressing

I’ve had two treatments- eyebrow shape and tint & facial - absolutely fantastic- I’m turning 60 soon and have not had either treatments before feel 20years younger and look at least 10 years younger. I really needed a treat and only staying the area temporarily so I’m sad I won’t be able to visit more frequently x but thank you ladies so much for a delightful experience
