Tony the Instructor at the Kings Hill & Malling Kumon Centre has really helped my 11 year old daughter progress with her maths. Bella started 3 years ago and was struggling to grasp the fundamentals of addition, subtraction, multiplication and especially division. Her confidence was low and she would try and avoid maths questions at all costs. Starting slowly, Tony built up her confidence with the basics, and as she completed each stage, she moved onto the next level and built up her competency. She is now proficient in all of the basics. Tony the Instructor at the Kings Hill & Malling Kumon Centre has really helped my 5-year-old son since he started Kumon. He lacked concentration and was unable to work independently. Tony instantly picked up on his areas for improvement and worked with my son and taught me tips to overcome these obstacles. My son has just achieved a 5 in his GCSE maths (which is the highest in his foundation level) after being a 3 in his mocks. We used Joanne from advantage tuition on a 1-2-1 basis for an hour every week from mocks to GCSE and my son actually said he didn’t mind maths at the end when he did not like it all all previously. Having moved from South Africa in December 2022 our daughter started schooling in Sevenoaks in January 2023.
