He has always shown he had the brains to do well, but Tutor World helped him focus and understand the importance of concentration at the right time. Excellent mock test experience with Tutor World. We prepared for the Kent test at home and took two mock tests (both during few months before the real exams). These mock tests have greatly helped to solidify confidence and gave a motivational boost. It also helped my daughter to practice controlling her nerves on the real test day and experience exam-like environment. She was able to achieve excellent score in the Kent test. I have used Tutorworld for all of my three children when preparing them for the Kent test. Ruvini and the teachers who work alongside side her provide lots of support, techniques and encouragement. The mock tests were invaluable in preparing my children for the test environment and the speed that you needed to answer the questions. All three of my children passed with flying colours. Vicky has been a fantastic tutor for my daughter for 8 years right up to her GCSE exams. She tailored her lessons to my daughter's needs boosting her confidence. Vicky also greatly helped my son by providing a couple of adhoc lessons to assist him with understanding some very difficult equations on his electrical course. As a result both passed their exams. I highly recommend and wish Vicky all the best.

Vicky is such a talented tutor, my daughter had an English teacher at school that was focusing too much on the negative. She and my son had had lessons with Vicky before (in yr6) so I felt confident she’d be the perfect person to give my daughter (yr10) the boost she needed. She had weekly lessons with Vicky up until going through her GCSEs and the change in her attitude towards learning and also her confidence in her own abilities has been seriously dramatic in the last few months. Rita is such a lovely tutor, she took the time out of her day to make sure my daughter has the right work to complete and to ensure that she is getting the right tasks in order to do well in her gcses. With Rita my daughter was able to jump 2 whole grades which is a massive improvement. I could not recommend Rita enough, she is very good at what she does!

What can I say about The Class Room, not only do they have a super wonderful selection of children's and young adult books, but the team are so kind and community minded. Adam has been a spearhead for local events, Halloween, Christmas, and most recently delivering over 7k books to local schools for world book Day. They also support local authors and help self-published ones get their books on display. Alongside this, Adam also runs the classroom and delivers online tuition for kids of all ages. A real gem in westgates crown.

Wow what an amazing bookshop! Highly recommend, especially those with young children as it even has a slide within the bookshelves. Free storytime and craft workshops every week, amazing friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic range of books at competitive prices. My 4 year old and I love it.

Our daughter attended lessons with Kate in the months leading up to her GCSEs. Kate immediately identified that our daughter needed to have a personalised approach and was resourceful and responsive to my daughters needs and ability to concentrate during each session. Kate kept me up to date with the successes achieved and challenges met during this period of time. Against all the odds and predicted grades, we were delighted that our daughter achieved a level 4 in her biology GCSE - more than 2 levels progress because of the support she received from Kate.

Highly recommended! Kate is a wonderful science tutor. Very easy to understand, and a great support in closing the gaps due to the huge in-depth GCSE and A-level science curriculum. In school my daughter was struggling with some of the old fashioned teaching, which included supply teachers and lots of missed learning; Kate brought back my daughter’s confidence in science and helped her to catch up on so much missed learning.

I highly recommend using Kate. When my daughter first started tuition, science was definitely one of her weaker subjects, but it was imperative that she improved this, should she wish to pursue her chosen career path. Kate sat down with her at the very beginning and helped her to identify her weaker areas of the subject, so that they could really focus on these in particular. Suffice to say, my daughter’s confidence has really improved and her mock GCSE result exceeded our expectations. Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. Tutor World really help my child, I tried others for lessons for the 11+ for my son. I was told he won’t pass as he lacks focus, but when I went to tutor world for an assessment, Ruvini was very helpful and told me with little effort my son could do well at the exam, am so happy I listen to her advice, as I almost gave up.
