Helen and her team have been fantastic throughout the 11+ preparation for our daughter. Initially, we were sceptical about choosing group sessions over one-to-one tutoring, worrying that it might not offer the same level of attention. I have used and continue to use Learn North West for both my boys. We’ve done mock exams, summer school, dyslexia tuition and KS3 group sessions. All the team we have come into contact with have been really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My boys enjoy attending sessions at the centre and they are having a positive impact on their results in school but more importantly is the impact it is having on their confidence in the subjects. Helen and her team are just wonderful. My daughter felt so supported throughout this entire 11+ journey/process. It is so much for a 10year to undertake but Helen and the team make it easy. The group sessions made tutoring fun and supportive. My daughter has made so lovely friends and hopes to see them again in the future. She felt prepared for the 11+, not only academically but emotionally. They are always only a text message away for any advice or support you need as a child or a parent going through the 11+. My son also attends learn north west for year 4 curriculum tutoring and again I can’t fault the service they provide. Highly recommended!

My 9 year old has been attending Explore for just over a month and has loved every minute! She has grown in confidence in her English and Maths and gets the right level of support from the tutors. There are also tasks she can complete at home. The tutors are amazing and make the experience truly personal, with progress reports and they always have time to chat and make you feel welcome. Amita is a fantastic tutor. Our little boy has been attending her sessions weekly since July this year and it’s amazing to see his confidence grow. Having struggled with tricky maths topics I decided it was time to get some private tuition. I wanted to pass my gcse maths so desperately - so I could go on to do my pgce. Therefore, I set out looking for the best tutor possible. I didn't have to search very far as I already followed Mr Mahmud on instagram. Thankfully, he agreed to tutor me! My worst fear was Algebra, but he helped me overcome this with his phenomenal teaching. I sat the gcse maths exam in November 2020 and received my results on 14th January 2021 - I passed! In a short span of time he was able to help prepare me for my exam. Honestly, I can not recommend him enough! He is simply amazing, and goes out of his way to ensure he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to your learning - you won't regret it.

My little girl is in year 3 primary, she was so behind in maths and really lacking confidence and dreading the lesson at school. She has been attending 6 months now, once a week, she looks forward to going as it is a relaxed friendly environment with nice children and loves the snacks/drinks and working towards getting Kip points and little prizes. Maths is now her favourite subject at school. Teachers at school have noticed a difference her confidence has shot up, she now actually put her hand up to answer questions in maths. My son started with 11+ tutoring and now in year 9 has returned to Beyond for an English booster. The group sessions have really boosted his confidence and helped him to focus on his writing. We love BE so much my daughter has started in the phonics groups and her blending and reading has got so much better. We contacted Choice Home Tutoring when it became apparent our son was struggling to get to grips with his Biology A-Level course. We were put in touch with Helen who from the outset was incredibly warm and encouraging and she kind of just demystified the subject for him!
