We first approached Christopher in February/March this year. After an initial assessment, our daughter commenced weekly lessons with one of the tutors (Jeremy). Jeremy was very approachable, friendly and our daughter got on very well with him from the outset. Jeremy was very good at explaining things and when my daughter was uncertain, she never felt uncomfortable telling him that she did not understand. Jeremy provided lots of papers to assist my daughter in preparing for the 11 plus and even she has said that the mock test (arranged by them) was helpful as she definitely felt less nervous about the actual exam. We received our daughters results yesterday and we’re so pleased that she had passed and not only did she get the required score for the school we had hoped, she also gained a enough to be considered by Altrincham Grammar. We can’t thank Christopher and Jeremy enough for their help and support and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting their child in for the 11 plus :)

Christopher has been tutoring our son for the last 18 months or so. He has such an amazing rapport with kids. He encouraged and supported our son, inspiring him and boosting his confidence. Our son successfully secured an out of catchment place at AGSB and was also awarded an academic scholarship at a fantastic independent school. He was fully prepared for the exams, going into them relaxed and confident, as a result of high quality tutoring and as a result of attending the mock exams offered by Eleven Plus Tutors. Eleven Plus Tutors even facilitated remote facilities so he could take part, even though we were away from home. I highly recommend Christopher and Eleven Plus Tutors. There aren’t enough compliments for Rifat and her exceptional teaching skills. Her patience, perseverance and her obvious passion for teaching have transformed our son. He was taught English and Maths and there has been a phenomenal improvement in our son. There were times when he surprised both of us with his ability to solve difficult mathematical challenges using the skills he had been taught. He passed all of the independent school exams and we cannot thank Rifat enough for everything she has done over the last year.

My son was tutored by Christopher for eight months prior to the eleven plus exam. He was able to consolidate his knowledge in both maths and English, and fill in any gaps in his learning needed for this exam. Christopher also helped with strategies for verbal and nonverbal reasoning. Hari attended the exam preparation sessions, mock exams and some of the essay writing workshops. I can’t recommend Christopher highly enough. Hari was offered a place at his first choice Grammar school and was offered an academic scholarship at his first choice independent school. My younger son, with a very different learning method is now being tutored by Christopher and is thriving in his lessons. We are currently having online lessons with Christopher which are working extremely well. 2 of my children have or are currently attending Chorlton Tuition Centre after needing to fill in learning gaps and catching up after the pandemic. It has helped them both immensely and reflected in their results at school as they prepare for GCSEs. Graeme is very helpful and keeps me updated on progress after each session, when I'm not able to see him in person. Would recommend.

My daughter has been attending Chorlton Tuition Centre for the past 18 months. She had a lot of gaps in her learning following the pandemic/ lockdown and had lost a lot of confidence. It’s been about 3 months now with Kumon. My son has been doing the worksheets on his own. Even if he makes mistakes while doing them I let them be so when they are corrected he would get to the results to find out himself what was the error. He is picking up in Maths. Good way to keep the kids engaged on some study activity that will help them in the long run. In person classes every week help him interact and build up his confidence.

My son enjoys going to learn at Kumon the staff are friendly and patient. Homework is set every week which means my son gets plenty of practice with his English and Maths.

My child joined at 5yrs of age and his growth has been very satisfying. Mr.Farhan and his team are exceptional, patient have been very supportive. The teaching is tailor made for each child and personalized , yet allows free thinking and makes children independent for self learning and reviewing their mistakes . Kip McGrath Sale is an excellent tuition centre. My son joined this centre for 2 years in the preparation of 11+ entrance exam and got a good result. We would like to say a big thank you to Mr Saleem and all the tutors especially Ms Natalie and Mrs Jennifer.

My son joined Kip McGrath since Year 4. He could not catch up on English at that time as English is not his first language. He enjoyed the lessons. The staff are very accommodating and understanding. The lessons are well structured and work on areas that each child needs. My son improved a lot on both English and Maths. I'm extremely proud of what he accomplished and can happily say it's due to the help of Kip McGrath.

Kip is an excellent facility with warm and welcoming atmosphere. Teachers are well qualified and the manager is a wonderful chap, who go above and beyond his job to support not just the students but the parents as well. My daughter enjoyed her lessons and online exercises for her 11+ exams. She made a great progress with the learnings and content provided. I observed her, applying practical and mental maths in outdoors and super markets, which is really great to see. I’ve been working as a Secondary English Tutor at The Tutor Trust for nearly a year and it has been such a rewarding role.
