I contacted Geoff recently as I need support for my son in his final GCSE year in all three sciences. Never having used 'tutor agencies' before I was attracted to Ash Tutors as it seemed to be a little different - smaller and somehow more personal. Garry has been tutoring my daughter in the lead up to her GCSE's and my son for his end of year exams, and they have both found the sessions to be very useful, and Garry's approach has been excellent for both of them. Fatima has been tutoring my home educated child for the past year. She has been exceptional in her teaching of Maths. Approachable and friendly in her manner, she makes my child feel relaxed and so he is able to learn with ease. He has come on leaps and bounds since Fatima has been tutoring. I can’t thank FCL Swinton enough for the confidence they have brought back to my son’s learning. My son can get very distracted at school but FCL have put provisions in place to help him stay focused and enjoy his tutoring time without him feeling “tied” to his desk. Having struggled with tricky maths topics I decided it was time to get some private tuition. I wanted to pass my gcse maths so desperately - so I could go on to do my pgce. Therefore, I set out looking for the best tutor possible. I didn't have to search very far as I already followed Mr Mahmud on instagram. Thankfully, he agreed to tutor me! My worst fear was Algebra, but he helped me overcome this with his phenomenal teaching. I sat the gcse maths exam in November 2020 and received my results on 14th January 2021 - I passed! In a short span of time he was able to help prepare me for my exam. Honestly, I can not recommend him enough! He is simply amazing, and goes out of his way to ensure he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to your learning - you won't regret it.
