Very satisified with the service. Tommy is quick, friendly and professional. Quoted a few and Maden is a fair price. Though Tommy was busy he is willing to come the same day after completed all his bookings late that day as know we want it solves urgently. He also recommends how to prevent it happens. Tommy from Madden drainage was bang on time and did a very efficient check on our drains including clearing out tree roots. He was knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We would definitely use Maddon drainage again and have no hesitation in recommending Tommy.

Me and my partner can’t recommend Maintain heat highly enough, we had an electrical job done a few days ago that took out our boiler! I called Kevin who explained he was really busy but would do what he could to help! This morning he came over and got our boiler working again as a temporary measure, until we could get another electrician out! He also checked our boiler over noticing a small leak that if we had left would become a big problem! I’m so impressed by his speediness, professionalism and friendliness! He has been an absolute life saver! Thank you!

After checking out reviews i asked Kevin to service my boiler. He arrived on time, excellent tradesman, thorough checks on the boiler for my annual warranty service much more than the previous company i had used for the last five years. If i require any further work to be done i will definately contact Main-Heat again also i would recommend them to others.

I rang kev because of an issue with my radiators not heating as quickly as expected, he came around a couple of days later and quickly found the issue, a faulty valve was the cause which because of a fortunate cancellation he was able to fit the very next day, this quick service would have warranted a 5/5 star review however: Kev then gave my whole system and boiler a once over to check for any other faults which brought to light another issue with build-up forming inside an inlet tube on my boiler, he stripped it down and cleaned that out quickly and professionally going beyond what i was expecting by far. In terms of service i couldn't hope for more and will be using leg again, he quoted the job at a reasonable price and stuck to that even though some additional work was required. Would highly reccomend! Lee

We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. M&R kept us updated at every stage of the boiler fitting and system reinstatement, effectively managed a few questions and post fitting queries we had and were very professional at all times. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

I would highly recommend Matt. He did our bathroom for us last year a whole new refurb and did an amazing job. Our boiler has been playing up I messaged Mat tand he came out the following morning, he did what he could do to and found the fault. He could fix it but due to our boiler no longer being made it’s best to get a whole new boiler which Matt has sorted for us. He always does such a good job! And cleans up afterwards which is really appreciated. He ended up fitting us our new tap for us to. We can’t thank you enough for squeezing us in and getting us sorted!

What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over.
