Had a heated towel rail fitted. They were brilliant from start to finish- kept me updated as to when it could be done. They did a great job, were prompt, professional and knowledgeable and left no mess. I would certainly recommend them and have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Needed boiler replacement and storage tank removal. Steve and Josh were polite and worked hard and efficiently. Did a great job and kept the work areas clean and protected. Did not ask for money up front. Would use again and would recommend.

I contacted Steve and he managed to create an appointment for me even though he was really busy, to check my mums boiler which was leaking. The boiler was 20 years old so had definitely seen better days. Steve quoted me a great price & my mum had a new boiler fitted within a week by Steve & Josh. What I liked was Steve quoted me for the boiler based on my mums house size not something ridiculous. I didn’t personally meet them but spoke to Steve on the phone a few times and he was great. My mum said they were both lovely & helpful & cleaned up after themselves too. My mum is so happy with the new boiler she now wants them back to install a new radiator in the kitchen. Thanks for doing a great job Steve & Josh. I would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Joe called today and fixed my outside pipe which had burst due to the weather conditions, very efficient and quick and also very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again, thanks Joe

Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had Kev out for a number of different jobs in our house, most recently with Ricky and Jay. They have done some lovely work in my kitchen. Great bunch of guys, very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for new boilers. Mine was pouring with water and Kevin came and offered me choice of replacing parts, but was old, so I decided to get a new one. His recommendation of a Baxi was perfect. They arrived on time, did a great job and clean up. Kevin ensured I understood thermostat etc and all in all was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Great job!

After checking out reviews i asked Kevin to service my boiler. He arrived on time, excellent tradesman, thorough checks on the boiler for my annual warranty service much more than the previous company i had used for the last five years. If i require any further work to be done i will definately contact Main-Heat again also i would recommend them to others.

I rang kev because of an issue with my radiators not heating as quickly as expected, he came around a couple of days later and quickly found the issue, a faulty valve was the cause which because of a fortunate cancellation he was able to fit the very next day, this quick service would have warranted a 5/5 star review however: Kev then gave my whole system and boiler a once over to check for any other faults which brought to light another issue with build-up forming inside an inlet tube on my boiler, he stripped it down and cleaned that out quickly and professionally going beyond what i was expecting by far. In terms of service i couldn't hope for more and will be using leg again, he quoted the job at a reasonable price and stuck to that even though some additional work was required. Would highly reccomend! Lee

Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Really friendly and was able to fix the problem quickly and made sure a proper job was done. Pricing was really fair especially for an emergency call out. Would 100% recommend

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.
