I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Jordan and his team completed a new boiler install and a full bathroom rip out and refurb, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish they were patient, professional and efficient. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my new bathroom looks stunning! They were always on time, cleaned up before they left, and their attention to detail was remarkable. I couldn't be happier with the results. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date throughout and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of work. I recently had a EV charger installed by this company and cannot fault the service. The initial survey was excellent they took the time to explain everything. My boiler wasn't working, no heating and no hot water for several days. The plumber from a previous company couldn't fix the problem quickly due to a delay in getting a part.my daughter recommended I contact Manchester plumbing & Heating (Sale) who advised me what I should do next to get my boiler fixed quickly. Paul fitted our new boiler recently and was absolutely excellent. Great communication throughout. Very neat install, quick as well so caused minimal disruption in a busy house. Left a tidy site after and disposed of all waste. Shown us through the new boiler and heating control settings before leaving and arranged warranty/gas safe certificate/building control for us. Will always use Royal for plumbing needs now, including regular boiler services going forward to keep the warranty valid on our brand new boiler.

Very impressed by the extremely high standard of Paul’s work and for his complete honesty ! We had already agreed a price for a new boiler replacement by telephone but on inspecting the offending leaking boiler on the morning after my initial call Paul declared that the fault could be repaired for a fraction of the cost. Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! The price was really reasonable and he explained everything he did which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and use him again - but hopefully I won't need to. Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had many jobs done previously, new boiler, plinth heaters and gas fire fixed etc. always reliable and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend A&M plumbing.
