Have to say these guys are superb, rang on Sunday as bit of an emergency, said you can have someone the same day but its a bit more so if you can wait to Monday will save me some cash....love the honesty. Very good and prompt service, and at a reasonable cost... highly recommended! We were struggling with a blocked water pipeline, a loose kitchen sink pipe, and a faulty tap spindle in our kitchen, so we were unable to use the kitchen sink for a couple of days. Mr. Umakant has promptly fixed the issue, and also informed us on periodic maintenance activity to be done.

We had a burst on our central heating, water was coming down the wall. Our usual plumber couldn't get here & recommend Steve. He found the problem fixed it, he also found a problem on a gas pipe adjacent to the leak which we didn't know about & sorted that. Very pleasant lad, would recommend him.

Steven has helped me out so many times over the years. He services my boiler each year, has installed and fixed toilets, plumbed in an outside tap, even coming out twice on Saturdays to deal with burst pipes and other leaks. He is so reliable, is reasonably priced and I trust him to do a good job. I can't recommend him enough.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. Just had Peter out today. I tried numerous plumbers who don’t turn up when they say they will and one who was really rude and expensive but Peter turned up within half an hour, communicated effectively, diagnosed the problem immediately (when previous plumbers didn’t) and fixed it there and then. Also, he’s actually a really nice man. Card only so nice and safe too. Thank you so much because I was getting so anxious after 2 weeks of unsuccessfully not fixing the leak!
