We came downstairs to a flooding kitchen. Water coming from the lights down the walls and out of the windows. I called Peter he arrived that afternoon found the broken pipe and repaired it, but also sourced why the pipe had burst And sorted that as well. Within 24hrs of the call we were back up and running. Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

Great service. Called Sunday with a request to remove and fit a new boiler as the old one had failed. Jack sourced one within the price range and attended Tuesday to fit. It was a long job due to having to navigate through walls of an old building but Jack and his colleague stayed for over 12 hours to get the boiler fitted. The work is really high quality and very neatly installed. They were also very professional and tidy leaving no mess. Highly recommend.

Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. I contacted Mike yesterday as it was almost as if our boiler packed up altogether. I sent over some pictures or what was going on. He came out first thing this morning had a look and knew exactly what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and polite very easy to talk to! We're just waiting for our new boiler! Very quick and an easy process and affordable to! We wouldn't go to anybody else now!

This company was recommended by a friend. Absolutely first class. The job was as quoted even though it took longer. Lewis was professional, polite and definitely knew his trade. The issues with our central heating have now been fixed. I cannot recommend this company enough, this is the company we will be using in future and we will be highly recommending to our friends and family.

Tyler and Lewis have done an excellent job on installing our downstairs bathroom and radiators. They corrected some previous work done by lesser plumbers. They were helpful with advice and they were tidy, and punctual when working. The quote was reasonable also. We now have a go to plumber for anywork that we need in the future. Proper tradesmen!

I can't recommend Dom highly enough! From the very first meeting, he was incredibly honest and clear about everything, which put me at ease straight away. Throughout the whole bathroom renovation, he was meticulous in his work, with a real attention to detail that I wouldn't have noticed myself. He's a really hard worker too, and always arrived exactly on time (which is a rarity these days!). His knowledge of plumbing is top-notch, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had in a friendly and approachable way. Thanks to Dom, my bathroom looks amazing – and it was a pleasure to have him do the work!

Chose this guy after reading the reviews and so glad I did. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable engineer. Called Dominic to see if he could look at our boiler as we have been having problems for a while now. Was thinking maybe a new boiler. Dominic came out later that evening and had a look. Told us what was wrong and actually had the part we needed. He ended up doing the repair and serviced the boiler whilst he was here. Saved us a fortune too. Will definitely use him again.

Fantastic service! Could not recommend highly enough. We asked Dominic if he could service our boiler and replace our shower. Dominic was able to fit us in and gave us a really fair and competitive estimate for the job. Dominic was fantastic, informing us about the changes and work he had carried out and how to operate the settings of the boiler and shower. At no point did the work seem rushed and unlike British Gas, he didn't try to sell us a new boiler. Above all else Dominic is a thoroughly decent bloke who you can trust to give you a fair price and quality workmanship.

Jack attended as planned for Removal/Replacement of 1 large radiator, leaking taps, removal of leaking bathroom old taps/fitting of new taps. Clean efficient, knowledgeable, polite and more to the point Jacks honesty is highly commendable as I thought that I required new radiators but Jack reassured me that it was a simple task of bleeding the remaining radiators. Any other plumber I am sure would have seized the opportunity to take advantage of my plumbing ignorance. You are a credit to your profession Jack !. Many thanks Linda.

We used Dave to change our downstairs bathroom into a wet room The job entailed stripping the bathroom back to the plaster and and starting from scratch This work was done by Dave and his team to a high standard at a very reasonable price The thing I liked about Dave and his team was, they were always on time, always pleasant and polite. Dave took my old Electric Emmersion Heater out and fitted a new Gas Multipoint Water Heater, he then took my Bath out and fitted a Shower Tray and Wall Panels where the Bath had been and then a Mixer Shower. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Phoned Dave on Wednesday, sent him a picture of my Dad's broken bathroom sink tap (not an emergency) and he came out an hour later as my Dad is a pensioner and sorted it with a new stainless steel tap. Dave also came back and fitted new bath and kitchen taps (all Top quality and very reasonable price) Top job, highly recommended. Thank you so much, very happy customer

I cannot recommend L&W enough. Ste, Jordan and all staff are total professionals And deliver quality service. When I first moved into my house, there was a phantom pipe knocking that several other plumbers could not resolve. Ste Took the time to correctly identify the problem and install a solution. When my boiler broke in the depths of winter They came to my house on the same day and arranged an install at the next opportunity, which happened to be at Saturday. They are always on time and easy to communicate with, prices are very reasonable.

Brilliant company and would recommend to anyone. Stephen was recommended to me after fitting a new boiler for a family member.
